Just to let you all know we have a new guy joining the backroom team, one Mr Chris Rush. He enjoys a good reputation in the industry and hopefully he'll be able to aid Mark Howard in getting the players fitter.

I heard about it at the Uni last week, but believe he only quit city this week, so it's definite he's coming now.

Nice to see we are looking for staff and hopefully more will follow.

Good news, we looked like we needed a fitness coach at times on Saturday!

It should be good, Chris is more of a aerobic lad and Howard strength, so hopefully they'll compliment each other well. The guys at Man City speak highly of him so he should be a strong addition.

Hopefully Chris can use his old connections at LJMU and get a couple of interns to do all the data entry chours and then him and Mark can focus on what they need to.

Looks a good 'signing' and it's good to see the club sorting the backroom out. Staff like this are indisposable these days in he PL.
