Officially signed and into the squad tomorrow.

He will have number 29 and have 'Simon' on his back. Suprised the FA are allowing him and Bruno to do that

Finally! :D

A bit strange though to be given number 29, is it not?

Not that it matters really, but common, a lot of "attractive" numbers available at the moment..

Maybe it was his choice:O

He has previously worn number 77 either at international level or at sporting, so I wouldn't be that surprised if he chose number 29.

Am I right thinking Vukcevic is a set piece specialist? We need an alternative to Pedersen and although Formica and Rochina can take them they don't seem to get the chance.

He was introduced at half time today.

I hope if he has "Simon" on his shirt, it doesn't bring him the bad luck that "Gamst" did for Pedersen.

Gamst isn't his first name!

Anyway, I think Peds thought "Gamst" was bad luck. It turns out he was just on the turn. It's not like his form recovered following his Pedersen re-birth.

Where do you guys see Simon Vukcevic being used ? On paper he should start every match, be it in a 4-4-2 or 4-5-1 formation.

Is he a replacement for Emerton on the right wing? Or would he be used on the left wing?

With Dann in, Givet could be used as a LB and Olsson pushed up to the left wing... So probably right wing?
