In a word YES and that is the CONCERN-1 week to allow transfers to be sealed/window to be closed. Venky's have taken enough persuading to open their pockets they won't need to think twice to close them again. WHY now why not next week-this is VERY shortsighted in light of this. Have people no intelligence? The squad is depleted see what the window brings and then move afterwards NOT NOW.

always a reason not to act... 'maybe it'll be okay when the new season starts'... 'maybe it'll be okay after the next game'... 'maybe we should wait and see'...

Kean has been the agent of his own downfall and has run out of 'maybe' time.

Venky's haven't 'opened their pockets', this thinking needs to stop.

They own the club, they have cut the squad and released/sold players. They are under no obligation to reinvest this money, let alone dig deeper into other funds. They won't reinvest from their pockets if they see no point in doing so. i,e if the fans/public seem never to be pleased. Play the game wait till after the window Please.

Just had this email sent to my initial one this morning

Dear Lee

I do understand your frustration regarding recent events and results. The manager is still in the process of assembling the first team squad and we are looking to make further progress before the end of this transfer window. We have also suffered with team injuries since the season kicked-off and would ask that you bear with us in the short term.

The owners have made their ongoing support for the manager very clear as has the playing squad. Therefore, I think it is vital at this time that we all continue to stick together for the good of Blackburn Rovers.

Thank you for your continued support.

Yours sincerely

Paul Hunt

Deputy Chief Executive Officer

Why is a high ranking member of the club posing with Hitler?

Dear Steven

Thank you for your e-mail and for bringing the matter to our attention. It is much appreciated.

I bet there has been a hell of a lot of CTRL+C followed by CTRL+V going on today

Beat you to it!!

That e-mail from Hunt is one of the more sensible things I've read on here today.

Yeti,

You are fully entitled to your opinion but I cannot begin to grasp as to why you want to keep a man in the manager role who has no cause to be there.

I've never known anyone to fail so spectacularly and maintain employment within the same role.

Have you seen what the guys bought?

We have as yet FAILED to replace Phil Jones, FAILED to add an experienced striker, FAILED to address the issues with balance of the squad and since he has taken over we have signed Formica, Rochina, Petrovic, Simon, who all are supposed to be midfielders (though I think Rochina is a striker) thats four midfielders, we already have Dunn, Nzonzi, Grella,Pederson,Hoilett, Grella and Lowe?? Thats 11 midfielders and at ther back we have signed Anderson who apparently had a 'mare' for the ressies, plus John who we dont know if he can cope at this level!!

So I dont trust Kean to get the right players anyway, he cant organise the squad correctly and the defence which was our strongest asset, now looks our weakest link and thats because of our (Non) shape and the way we play!!

A good manager who can organise, would sort that out quickly and Kean is not that man!!

What does it say on that video? It is UK only.

Im not sure as i can't understand what he says but the write up down the side say this:

The owners of Blackburn Rovers have appealed to supporters to keep the faith.

Indian poultry firm Venkys admit they've been disappointed by the team's failure to win so far this season, but they've backed manager Steve Kean to turn things around.

They also say there's no issue with money and that new players are on the way this week.

Rovers today confirmed the signing of Simon Vuckevic from Sporting Lisbon. The Montenegrin forward is thought to have cost Rovers around £3m.

he said:

have to work hard, from now on work hard to win

we have to improve, bring in players, working hard.

we have management we are not changing, players there, looking for right deals

money is there no debt, right time come to invest we will and we WILL in future right

deals there to grab if right price

don't be disapppointmed this club is our baby we owe the fans.

interviews are not fun.

We are positive and will succeed (couldn't understand this bit clearly)

Posted the link on Vineeth Rao's facebook page, saying that they should not keep asking us to keep the faith with Steve Kean. He is not entitled to it.

Kean Out !!

They are just trying to paper over the cracks.

Keep going and we will get Kean out !!
