roversmum Posted December 25, 2011 Posted December 25, 2011 From reading that, it looks as if some of the Reserves could do with the Salgado treatment, i.e. pack your bags we don't want you any more...* Why on earth were these players signed? It's not fair to them or the fans. Thank you for the report, Parson. *which I have to say is a disgrace and embarrassment to treat Salgado in that way. Rovers have always prided themselves that the players are treated with dignity and this treatment of a legend and much loved player is very sad.

Guest Wen Y Hu Posted January 23, 2012 Posted January 23, 2012 The Reserves lost once again last Monday at home to Everton Reserves. See Parsonblue's match report on the front page here. Better news on the Youth front, with Rovers Youth progressing to the 5th Round of the FA Youth Cup after the defeat of Coventry City Youth down at Ewood last Tuesday. See Parsonblue's match report on the front page here. Apologies for the delay in publishing these reports and thanks as always to Pb for his contributions.
Guest TheArtistFormallyKnownAsJB Posted January 23, 2012 Posted January 23, 2012 Thanks Parson, appreciated.
Amo Posted January 23, 2012 Posted January 23, 2012 Well done, Myles, son. That'll prove the doubters wrong.
Backroom Tom Posted January 24, 2012 Backroom Posted January 24, 2012 Reserves play Liverpool at 2 tomorrow live on Liverpool tv
Backroom Tom Posted January 24, 2012 Backroom Posted January 24, 2012 Just a nudge in case you missed it, Liverpool tv sky 434 I believe in ten minutes or so
pick32 Posted January 24, 2012 Posted January 24, 2012 3-2 rovers halftime, very scrappy and on a tiny pitch, awful to watch.
AHoyle90 Posted January 24, 2012 Posted January 24, 2012 To be fair, its reserve football and a lot of them are young lads of 17/18 Blackman and Morris have been most impressive as has Hugo Fernandez who's scored 2.
bennyboyt11 Posted January 25, 2012 Posted January 25, 2012 Not sure if it's been posted anywhere else but Myles Anderson's golazo. http://www.101greatgoals.com/gvideos/eyes-in-the-back-of-his-head-blackburns-myles-anderson-golazo-vs-everton-reserves/
Muddboy Posted January 25, 2012 Posted January 25, 2012 Interesting that Goulon was playing centre half yesterday. wouldn't be surprised if Kean is trying to shape him into the next Chris Samba. Good luck with that one, Steve.
roversmum Posted January 25, 2012 Posted January 25, 2012 Reserves report from the Official Site. Andy Cryer says on twitter the Liverpool Reserve Boss was accusing Rovers of playing rugby style. Sore loser methinks...
Majiball Posted January 25, 2012 Posted January 25, 2012 To be fair, its reserve football and a lot of them are young lads of 17/18 Blackman and Morris have been most impressive as has Hugo Fernandez who's scored 2. And Moyes would rather have a conference team for his ressies than play in the current set-up, guess the standards that low.
PAFELL Posted January 25, 2012 Posted January 25, 2012 Reserves report from the Official Site. Andy Cryer says on twitter the Liverpool Reserve Boss was accusing Rovers of playing rugby style. Sore loser methinks... They were. The comments were daft. Never seen footbal played like that before etc etc.
roversmum Posted January 25, 2012 Posted January 25, 2012 I watched the match on tv and enjoyed it. Thought the youngsters did well. Switched it off before they went to the Managers though lol
BRFC95 Posted February 13, 2012 Posted February 13, 2012 Anyone know if tonights game is still on? There's nothing on the official site.

Sparky Marky Posted February 17, 2012 Posted February 17, 2012 Myles Anderson completely mis kicked the ball....
RTM08 Posted February 17, 2012 Posted February 17, 2012 Interesting, just seen this, what strikes me is that not one his fellow team mates goes and congratulates him. Weren't they 4-2 down at that point? It's possible there was just no need to celebrate.
all you need is duff Posted February 17, 2012 Posted February 17, 2012 Why was there no sign of Marcus Olsson?

OJRovers Posted March 13, 2012 Posted March 13, 2012 The young reserve team lost one nil to Man Utd last night, I noticed that Bruno Ribierio wasn't involved, is he injured or just dropped?
