We're now had our worst start since the 1950s, but an improved performance and some bad luck. So how do people feel?

I must admit I have never wanted my team to lose a game so that the manager gets sacked but in this scenario there is a middle ground as someone alluded to earlier and if we draw with fulham he will probably get the boot and as I can't see us winning due to our powder puff front line except for Goodie,Rochina,Cato & the Yak I am hoping for a draw so that it gets the first points on the board and at the same time as having the axe fall firmly on SK's head.

I can't believe 100 people want to give this lying slimeball that is impersonating a manager more time, tactically inept IMO.

Didn't realise we had that many dingles on the board!

Perhaps it is the excellent, well thought out arguments being put out by the 'Sack the Manager and all will be well' group that are encouraging others to share, or perhaps ignore your views?

My wish for this season is that we stay up and stay clear from any relegation battle. If we manage to do that we will do much better next season seeing as our squad is dominated by young, talented players with little premier league experience.

Petrovic, Goodwillie, Rochina, Formica, Hoilett, Olsson, Nzonzi, Slew (and arguably Vukcevic and Dann), are all still young with lots of potential. These players will only improve.

Well I am one of the 101....needing stability and thinking Kean has been very lucky with the way his 18 games have happened. First 15 last season with the end of season recovery. The owners probably think its the close season treachury that stopped all the buying plans.....and the Manager has been unlucky with injuries against Wolves and timid penalty-takers against Everton.

Now if your poll said or C.Mark Hughes and the Taffia are keen to come back on a bonus if we stay up. Then count me in.

But we still need stability and I fear we might go down the Newcastle route chasing for 'any' Manager.

I think if Venkys have changed course, Mr Hunt will, as a football person, have a few ideas on a decent manager, I dont think they will go down the wrong route again, at least I hope not, in fact, I would be certain if they were to change the manager, he will be known to Venkys now, and this is from someone who thinks they are (were) numptys, they appear to be learning!!

Getting a bit sick of this sort of comment. There are two options available - sack or back. There is nothing about "replace with..."

How are all the "sack Kean now! He's the worst person ever! MEGALOLZ!" brigade going to feel if Jensen gets the job? Or they give it to Dave Jones and he takes us down? I realise not everyone who voted "sack" has that mentality and there are some very logical arguments out there, but equally not everyone who voted "back" knows nothing about football.

Of course if Hughes comes in and we are suddenly winning games again I will be pleased, as will the other 100 odd who have voted to back. However, the fact is that we made some decent signings, we played some OK football against Everton (yes, I know that he started with a different midfield) and as much as some would like to think that the sky is falling, we could be in a far worse position. (before anyone jumps on this, I realise 0 points is about as bad as it gets, that's not what I'm referring to!)

Take Abbey as an example, desperate to get rid of Sam and he is very open about his reasons behind it, but he's also the first to admit, he never expected or wanted Kean to take over.

I'm not saying sacking kean is a bad idea, but I am saying that there needs to be some thought behind it. Be careful what you wish for.

When you can't win, lose consistantly, inspire zero confidence, have never been qualified or respected, lie repeatedly, gloss over major deficancies with pointless stats, have zero charisma and can't drive.............what exactly merits you having the managers job.

Just wish some journo had the balls to ask it.

When the guy makes losing this easy how can people not see that no manager/ a different manager every game/ a basset atkinson wilkinson fry type/ a player manager...........just anyone CANNOT DO WORSE.

really good points without waffling, good post, ofcourse I still think a win at Fulham and things look a lot better, a loss and hell will break loose.

For me the two options are "sack the manager" and "let the club slide further". 101 voted for the club to slide further.

I hope we win at fulham! The truth is if we lose at fulham were looking up at everyone else and whoever comes in next has to fire the players up to start climbing! Fact is it's hard to guarantee any improvement with any manager at the moment... We could only hope that someone... Anyone could inspire the team! I hope we win our next few games ( going to be tough) regardless who is at the helm! This is something we all should want!

"101" did not vote for the Club sliding further! After losing the first 2 home matches and with the next 8 matches til end of November awful - we have to 'keep our nerve whilst all around are losing theirs"

The only thing that no-one can prove(including me)is that Any manager would be better than ours.

Did you expect changing the style from 'hoofball' and 'open surrender' away from home to be easy?

A draw at Fulham would be acceptable...any Wigan away style performance and you get your wish. OK?

After three games and three defeats we have proof that, so far, nobody can do any worse though.

The petty wording of that last line suggests that you're one of those who are refusing to back down from supporting Kean because of 'anyone but Allardyce' syndrome.

Owen Coyle changed Bolton's style without risking their Premier League status. Good managers can do that.

What about a draw Chris? Would be a “positive result” given we are on zero points?

Steve Kean in the BA lounge at heathrow. Friend just saw him.

Yeah a draw would probably see Kean get Arsenal at home.

If we draw, Keans interview after will be torture, can already imagine the bent truths.

Yeah he's the perfect Kean fan.

I was more worried he would make out a draw as a massive positive, I think he will see a draw as a big result and not make excuses why we didn't win but how

"theres a team spirit"

"lots of new players bedding in"

"fans are seeing the future"

"we dominanted the game for periods"

"we are dominating every game this season"

"I'm not worried about the points total"

"we entered their box 42 times"

Ofcourse if we win its makes it slightly easier to digest.
