Watched the reserve game against Liverpool on LFC TV last night and Slew was.....average at best.

Looks like he could be an expensive version of Nick Blackman.

At the moment I have mixed views on him. He was excellent at Altrincham the other week against United but very poor last night against Liverpool. He's certainly not ready for the first team. I suspect he might well benefit from being loaned out.

I'm just surprised that Kean hasn't described him as the next Andy Cole or Alan Shearer.
