its easy to understand. the transfer window closed at 11pm on wednesday night for premier league clubs to buy or loan players.

we can now only loan out to lower league clubs when the lower league loan window is open.

the only way rovers can now bring a player in, is if he was unattached at 11pm on wednesday august 31st.

we can loan again from January 1st

I don't know about that - one injury/suspension for Petrovic or Nzonzi could see him back in the side...

Yeah, I think Lowe will get his fair share of chances between now and January. He's only our third central midfielder with an engine, so I think he will feature a decent amount.
