Mr. E
Give him more time. We need to be in League 1 or 2, not the Premiership. We need to go back to playing real, grassroots football, not slime like City, Chelsea and so on.

Lets face it, hes on the most money he will ever be on in a job most of us would dream of having.
G Somerset Rover
I think our fate is already sealed so would take a humiliating defeat on Saturday IF it did get rid of the clown.. I imagine that things are going to get very ugly if we do lose.
savage90
'Now' was last week, and the week before that, and the week before that, and... Don't you get it, Chaddy? Now was last season after Everton away.

bob fleming
His Achilles Heel is that he's a clueless bullshitting idiot. It must be most disappointing for "the owners" that Keano is beginning to crack and that results have been this bad; especially so near to the next transfer window as well. Aka The next big pay day. We are lead to believe that there are 4 people in Pune who run the club. 4 people who haven't a clue about football, as they admitted when they took over, and let's face it Desai hasn't learnt much in the last 12 months has she after watching 1 entire match at Ewood (still better than her siblings' record at Wigan in all fairness) in that time. They don't give a damn. Clearly. Not a jot. If I was to get into their line of work do you think i'd sack - the people who had made it a success? I would learn the ropes, spend some time on site and then try and shape things, if I thought I could do things better. Even though it's not my area of expertise. But to do what they did and continue to do?!?! They're never on site!! It's bloody blatant! Has been from the moment they appointed Kean on a long term contract. So we go after Kean, but he is merely going to be able to retire after all this. If he resigns then we'll be already down I suspect in all bar the points total. It stinks to high heaven. We'll not see the Venkys again or their advisor at Ewood. The Premier League should pull their fingers out and get some answers, they're as spineless and weak as it gets. martonrover
Kamy keeps tweeting that Mrs D is responsible for keeping Kean in a job. Wish there was a way of giving her some grief, stupid woman.
John
I thought the Rao family said results would automatically change? Not looking after “their baby“ very well.
EwoodDawn
Bob F (in context - see last post): "We'll not see the Venkys again or their advisor at Ewood." Just as City have never seen Chinawatra (apologies for spelling) or his 'advisor' (wonder who he was?) since. If only Barry hadn't veto'd the takeover, this might have been possible. beastlove
I am resigned to the fact that Kean will not go. He would be gone in any other prem club. he will be around to Xmas at least

Yep that is the case. Brothers too scared to say anything to her too tho. Odd family. Dont originate from burnley do they? "yes brother we are doing a a fantastic job with blackburn rovers.... Give me a high 6!!!" I have to joke... Its the only thing stopping me from Crying!!!!
Hasta
I go to bed once again in hope that maybe, just maybe a thin glimmer of light will shine over Ewood again one day. Please let it be tomorrow, else Saturday could well go into history as a dark, dark day for Blackburn Rovers, both on the pitch and in the stands. John
As I've said a few times recently, even Keans wife has a good relationship with Mrs Desai - she has made the Kean family part of their own, quite a typical cultural trait.
den
Whoops! Sorry Den! Did you no favours there! You did no harm either 47er. I said earlier to DMTP that we have played well in the odd game, especially where we were playing sides who were having their own mini crisis, as Liverpool were doing then. Kean is taking us down. Some of us knew that a long time ago. Some of us only realised it lately.
den
My giving the him the Wigan match as his last chance to win me over was based on previous good performances - and the improvement in team pattern since Clement arrived. Yeah, it's been fantastic.

Amo
The craziest (and tragic) thing is that I'd be more gobsmacked if he WAS sacked. People keep saying tonight was the last straw. For who? The fans, sure, but not Venky's. You don't hand a new contract to a guy fighting for his job. What kinda logic is that? These people simply aren't capable of managing a football club. I'd rather believe it was corruption than naivety because at least that makes some modicum of sense. It's agonizing that we can only stand by and watch the blood, sweat & tears Jack put into building this club be undone by these shysters. That's the worst thing of all. emerton
Kean has always used the cup run as one of his positives which he loved to bring out in every possible moment to the press. It was always something along the lines of “we have the potential to be in the semi-final of the carling cup” Now that we have crashed out in a game we should have won I hope he doesn’t continue to reference it now as “we had a great run through to the quarter finals” Get him out. RoyRover
Seriously, who is the one person who voted for him? It must be a Burnley infiltrator.
Drover
It's interesting to listen to his interviewer tonight on bbc as they pushed the point that maybe kean was too late in bringing yakubu and Roberts on. The winds are definitely changing with regards to the medias view of him as stated previously.
Jock
Kevin Ratcliffe was a great summariser on Radio 5. He wasnt your usual smartarse ex-player, he just pointed out that Cardiff were organised and hungry to win were Rovers were not. He mentioned our fitness twice and said we were all over the place.
