Even by Kean's awful standards, the second half at Fulham was terrible yesterday.

Jol simply smashed him in the managerial head to head at half time and but for two brilliant blocks and two great saves by Robbo we could have been hammered by a truly poor Fulham team.

Two things really stood out for me:

Sitting pretty high up in the vistor's end, the Rovers' yellow jerseys stood out and the "formation" was so easy to see. Or more to the point the total lack of formation and organisation without Dunn or Samba to sort it out was horribly visible. Rovers players were moving around like dots in a broken yellow kaleidascope as Fulham passed it through midfield as though we were hardly on the park. It was impossible to work out what we were trying to play as players were moving randomly- wide and narrow. Was it 4-6-0, 4-5-1, 4-4-2, 5-5-0 or just 10 go and run around anywhere you might be useful? Kean stood immobile and silent on the touchline.

We had a free kick just outside the penalty area about ten minutes into added time. Now we were down to ten men with Hoilett off and effectively nine with Goodwillie having done his hamstring. We might score from the freekich but there was 90 seconds left so Fulham had time to counter attack.

IN ALL THE TIME HOILETT WAS BEING ADMINISTERED TO WAS KEAN ORGANISING HIS TROOPS? NO, He was as utterly impassive and no player was even interested in talking to him.

Finally the free kick could be taken. Does Formica the Argentinan specialist get the ball? No- Olsson steps up.

Do we have anybody to either side of the wall? No- OK we only have 9 fit players but I'd have pushed somebody a bit further forwards so Fulham could not have put 7 in the wall.

The only player battling the 7 men wall was the hamstrung Goodwillie. Even then Olsson's FK looped up off the wall and down in front of Goodwillie who was too injured to be able to swing a leg at the ball!

THAT WAS JUST RANK BAD MANAGEMENT AND DISORGANISATION BY KEAN WHO HAD BEEN DESTROYED BY JOL'S CHANGE OF SECOND HALF TACTICS.

This was as crap as the selection of penalty takers v Everton.

Sadly Mrs Desai is too thick and slow.

Unless they (Venky's) are BS'ing me (they haven't thus far)

then Kean not getting sacked. He 'retains support if owners'.

Maybe you should ask Venky's what they expect the outcome of this stubbornness to be, Kamy.

As Benjamin Franklin said, " Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result."

:angry2:

I have backed Kean as much as I can but after yesterdays performance I have had enough. The team looked disjointed, unfit and we were lucky to get a draw.

I was expecting an all action performance but I didn't see it. I actually think we have a good team with a decent mixture of young talent and experience but we need a manager to bring it all together.

Fulham were very poor as well but if they had got out of first gear they would have thrashed us.

I think the players are capable of a lot more but they lacked motivation, organisation and enthusiasm.

We've played 4 teams now----a dream draw really, all are relegation fodder or thereabouts.

And we have 1 bloody point! And games with the big boys to come!

There is no chance of avoiding humiliating relegation if this clown stays any longer.

Please Venkys, I'm begging you---put us out of our misery.

More positive news is that I should be interviewing Kean on behalf of this site later this week, will ask him all the important questions, should have more details later today.

Is there any point interviewing him? I think everyone is sick and tired of his relentless positive spin.

The results speak for themsleves and unfortuntely for us, and him, professional football is a results driven business.

Unless you are prepared to ask Kean some very hard questions - and risk upsetting him - I think you'll be wasting your time.

Ignore his "excellent performances" rhetoric and try sticking to the facts, remind him football is a results business and ask him to explain his dismal points / matches record since he took over.

Ask him if the dreadful start to the season continues at what point would he resign - if at all ?

And ask him why he's still living in Surrey.

I am going to ask him all the important/tough questions and if that upsets him so be it.

It is also a opportunity to for Kean to have a honest and frank interview, where he will be directly communicating to the fans and more importantly addressing issues that are concerning them.

I just hope you can put accross to him just how unpopular he is and that just because no one's blown a gasket yet there is a storm brewing ! Make sure you stay out of range of that lizard like tongue whilst doing this though pal

Pointless though really Kamy, you will get the usual:

"We had 30 incursions into Fulham's half yesterday".

"The owners back me 100%".

"Only the minority of the fans are unhappy with my management and the way we are playing".

"Rovers will achieve a top half finish".

Well the owners don't seem to be listening so it's time to hit them hard where it hurts. Either a mass protest with banners and placards during the televised Arsenal game or maybe a mass boycott of the game during a globally televised game. Not sure which would be more effective but Venky's need to know this cannot go on, the 'coach' has to go.

Spot on. I was watching it live on TV in Bangkok and could not believe what I was seeing with that late Olsson freekick. Pathetic by Kean and the team.

Where's Simon G's plane when it's needed??

What a lovely sight that would be.....KEAN OUT

The game v Arsenal on Saturday is the sole early kick off. In Asia it will kick off late afternoon/early evening so will be watched live by many millions in Asia and worldwide. An effective protest that catches the attention on the TV cameras will be seen by millions on the Venky's own doorstep.

Or they can keep him as a coach, take his teeth out and put some seats in!!

I reckon you should get him a gift from the fans. I think a bag of ASDA doughnuts, make sure there's an oops label on though.

Also if your gonna ask tough questions be prepared to leave after the first one, I don't think he's been asked a single tough question since getting the job where there's no chance of him being able to spin around the truth.

Everton, Villa and Fulham all relegation fodder?

Whatever you say.

I would and indeed have stated prior to the seasons start, we had four very winnable games and we needed to hit the ground running as the next lot of fixtures dont look inspiring from Rovers point of view!!

we cant win at home either, thats a massive problem!!

Poor management from Kean throughout his tenure, brings nothing to the table, tactically inept, no organisation, no forward planning and poor signings, not just the quality of player, but balance to the squad as a whole!!

As others have said Kamy, just make the interview as hostile as possible. Refuse to shake his hand and just be ready to fire a question straight at him. Put him on the backfoot straight from the start.

Agree with many of the points on here about how awful our second half performance was yesterday. I think Kean's dismal performances in half time team tactics suffer to do the appaulling fitness of the squad as it stands. Many players were looking legless after 50 minutes and I must say a couple looked a few pounds over weight. It was one thing I admired about the Hughes reign that although the squad may have been limited in ability, it was one of the fittest in the league. However, now we have some ability in the team but awful fitness that leaves half the team with niggly injuries.

I'd tell him about the protest against Arsenal. Ask him about his relationship with Venky's before Big Sam's departure (he will sidestep the question or claim ignorance but would at least let him know that you know something), and then throw the stats at him as lord knows he loves his stats.

Ask him if he can think of any credible replacements for the job!

I can't be there this weekend as I'm away on a business trip. I am however willing to contribute as I'm sure others are (particularly those who can't be there) to the "Kean Out" leaflet idea. I believe 5000 should cost at most around £200. So if

Could set up a just giving account for fans to donate too. Then have a printers in Blackburn do the job and someone local can pick them up.

I don't envy Kamy in his position as interviewer for this piece.

"So, Steve, your win-percentage is very poor. Doesn't this prove you don't have what it takes to be a Premier League manager?"

"Well, if we're looking at %, let's look at the percentage of times we've gootten into the opponent's box. You've also forgot to mention I've got 100% backing of the owners and the lads, and let me tell you, the positivity scale in the dressing room is 1000%. These are the percentages we need to look at."

"...."

Although his attitude towards the fans stinks I disagree with doing things like not shaking hands etc because Kamy has to be seen to be professional and the website needs to represent itself in a way that it is credible group something that Kean is anything but.

Kamy I think you should walk out of the interview If he starts that rubbish about percentages and backing, say the fans here this rubbish after every match.

no way, Kammy will be prepared, have facts, and has to put across the fans feelings.

If he starts going on about stats the reply is"with all due respect 20 points out of a possible 72 and 5 wins in 26 games are the stats they fans are interested".
