Its very kind of you - but I don't think I will ever match your drivel !

According to the previous poster - he knew twelve months ago that Kean would take us into the Abyss - I wonder if this particular piece of soothsaying was before or after 4 wins in 7 matches in late 2010 - early 2011 ? There have always been flaws in his tactics - but at times it has appeared we were getting to grips with it - and then we reverted to type. Other people can see that - but I suppose I will just have to bow down to your greater football judgement.

Relative high - well I would say 8 points out of the final four matches of last season was a relative high considering what had gone before, but you are obviously a difficult man to please - or possibly don't understand the word "relative" ?

I understand the word relative. And I'd hate to be one of yours with Christmas coming up. You probably think a turd on a stick is a relatively good Christmas present.

A difficult man to please. No not really, just a football manager in charge of the football team I support. That will do. But thanks to people like you, "Mr Keans magical majority" we have to put up with the worst manager the PL has seen for a long long time.

And you'd do very well if you matched my drivel, then you wouldn't have to moan about people saying "I told you so" when you're so obviously backing the wrong horse.

I think this is great, too. Let's get onto mates supporting other clubs round the country and get the craze going - especially at televised games!

We need a "Kean Out Watch" thread detailing exactly where banners have been seen, and with photo evidence. Be great if there were some far away places like a Kean Out banner at each of the wonders of the world.

Someone should hand Karl Pilkington a banner and get a picture.

We're going to have to put up with Steve Kean for a long long time? :-(

He's the worst manager to (dis)grace the PL in a long long time, and although I didn't mean it to read like that, sadly I think we'll have to put up with him for a while too.

He accepts responsibility...sort of:

"There’s been a couple of times this season where we’ve had tough calls – Norwich was one – but refs have got a real tough job and I’ll never have a go at a referee."

Yes Steve. There have also been a couple of games (Arsenal and Wigan) where the opposition have had tough calls.

If it's true that luck evens itself out over a season then we're probably due more bad luck, I think we spent all our good luck tokens in the Arsenal game alone. Wigan took us into the overdraft.

I heard Steve Bruce on the radio this morning accepting full responsibility for Sunderlands current position, I've no time for him normally, but he puts Keans stats nonsence in context really

I have to say, whether he is sincere or not, him admitting in public that it is his fault does something to pacify my hate for him. I've been waiting for him to come out and just say "It's my fault, I'm sorry, I am trying to improve and take full responsibility for our dismal failings" for ages.

This isn't exactly that, but it's close.

I would hope that he would be able to take the next step though and resign.

This is the most encouraging thing I've read about Rovers in a long time.

Granted it's the limpest piece of taking responsibility ever from the Deluded One but this is the first acknowlegement that things are not going as they should, that things are not all rosey and fine.

That even Kean cannot brush things off any more shows that the pressure from the rovers fans is beginning to pay off. A big well done to all Rovers fans who have voiced their dissatisfaction in whatever manner they have. Keep up the good work.

Will be there giving him hell on Saturday, although have a feeling a loss at Cardiff may well be the end for him.

It's as if his "PR" (a laugh in itself) has said "come on Stevie, be a bit humble, we've been reading the forum and they think you're a prize c0ck", but then he's forgotten after the first sentence and, yet again, started to pass the blame.

I'm surprised he didn't end with "oh yes, and if Mauro had've scored on Saturday, we wouldn't be onto another @rse slap now".

Kean has used every excuse in the book and blamed our results on everything from the pitches, to his staff to individual players. The media are now turning on him so the only thing left he can do is start accepting the blame himself (although he couldn't do that with mentioning the refs).

Don't buy this Kean accepting the blame nonsense, he can see he's beginning to look like the delluded idiot he is and this is the only way he has left to try and save face.

The guy has gone down not up in my estimations after this little PR stunt. For Kean it's all about him looking good. He stopped looking good months ago so he's now turned to trying to not look as bad.
