Chimbonda was on Soccer AM today, he had a nightmare against United but I think we were hasty in getting rid of him given our right back problems. Problem is keeping him motivated.

Nope. I'd rather have Lowe there. Chimbonda couldn't be assed half the time.

More than a problem. It's not just Allardyce that had trouble with him, he's been a pain in the arse wherever he's been. Should never have bought him in the first place.

Is there a pundit more infuriating than Charlie?

"you do feel sorry for Steve Kean." AAAAAARGHHHH!

So to sum up, Charlie thinks Jack Walker is irrelevant and that we're bigger clowns than Coco. Only Phil spoke with a bit of moderation. Why did I even bother watching it?

Morons, the lot of em.

Focusing on there being no support for the team when it was quite clear that the goal was celebrated it was just the manager who was booed.

No scrutiny whatsoever of his ###### poor record in charge either.

I'm f###ing fuming.

I did not expect any different from Nicholas etc as he is Kentaro and Steve Kean's chum,

However saying that, the video piece got lots of the points across and their opinion don't matter, Le-Tissier and Thompson was more balanced, and Thompson did point out it was thousands and not hundreds booing and calling for Kean's head which was the key statement, and one Kean did not want to hear

This is what gets me Glen, how the media and many others still maintain that it is only a few hundred people that are upset with the Venky's / Kean and all that has happened at the Rovers.

When four sides of the ground rise to the 'stand up if you want Kean out' song and the song is sung louder than any chant, at anytime this year, then common sense suggests that the vast majority of fans have had more than enough.

Brainless cretins continue to foster the myth that you and about 10 others are all that are bothered. I understand Pinnochio continuing to spin this line, but surely others can use their own eyes and ears and understand?

Can't see him walking away, so he'll have to be sacked if we want rid.

I think I saw a quote from him a few weeks back, saying that he'd told his wife that this opportunity could be the making of him as a manager. Nothing at all wrong with a man having ambition, but I get the impression that this ambition would come before the good of Rovers. He knows that if he fails here, he wont get another opportunity - and he knows that this was an opportunity that he never expected would come his way in the first place. This is a one-off chance for Kean. The character of the man simply leads me to believe that he'll do all in his power to cling onto this opportunity. Even if the signs are that he's taking the club down, even if the odds of keeping us up are stacked up against him, I don't see him giving up his personal ambitions.

That sums up exactly the impression I get from him.

Yes but Thompson's point was in the context of his being puzzled by such a vociferous, widespread show of displeasure. There was no acknowledgment of the reasons for the disquiet.

Seems like Kean will have to settle for a poor bronze in the sack race !!!

Rumours circulating that Coyle in deep, deep trouble.

Friend was at the Reebok until well after 5.00 and described the atmosphere as 'desperate'.

I thought to myself earlier , I wonder if Bolton have the guts to sack Coyle ? Let us swap him for Kean , forget the Burnley nonsense , he is a far superior manager to Kean .

They hear what they want to hear. If Steve Kean loses the next 10 games and finally gets the sack these people will be saying that Kean had to go after his poor run of games and that the fans were somehow to blame for the teams poor run of form because they didn't support the team. Me, you, Glen or thousands of other fans could tell these guys to their faces why we want him gone, describing his abysmal record, how he has divided the fans and ripped the heart out of the club and these guys would still persist with the notion that Kean is getting a rough ride and it's only a few braindeads calling for his name.

It's amazing how the tides can turn. Coyle was the toast of the town last season with the job he was doing at Bolton. I don't see our manager having a role reversal with results however as he's clueless.
