yoda
KEAN. YOU CAN POSE, LIE, SMIRK AND HIDE BEHIND OTHER MANAGERS' COMMENTS BUT YOU WILL NOT WIN IN THE LONG RUN. YOU CANNOT BEAT THE WHOLE OF THE SUPPORTERS. WE WILL HAVE YOU OUT EVENTUALLY AND THE SOONER THE BETTER. Spot on, but the real danger is the Raos, they are clueless about a PL football club and need removing quickly or we will be in administration

47er
I can't understand why Kean is frightened of a meeting with the fans. After all the 99% who support what he's trying to do should be able to save him from the negative 1% who don't.
cesus
I just read his deluded comments in the LT, being the festive season I chose to laugh not cry! He has mental health issues I'm now positive of this. I'd have loved all those journo's to ask Sir Alex and Moyes "but would you still expect to be employed if you shared the same record as Steve Kean?" See how well they backed him then. Stuart
Kean is only the top of a mountain full of problems. Venky's is the cause here and needs to be pressured. Funny quote in the LT btw. ‘hang in there, you are doing great’ It's like a lifeguard telling someone who's drowning: 'Hang in there, you're doing great.' I find this comment absolutely astonishing. I mean, genuinely incredulous from someone representing the club... When asked about finances: "A club spokesperson told us to ‘put these questions to the club and see what answers you get back’. The Lancashire Telegraph has continuously attempted to contact the club’s owners on this subject, with no success."
Sparky Marky
Kean "I have got a lot of support from some very experienced managers telling me I am doing a ‘marvellous job’ I listen to them.” Yes a marvellous job for the other managers...they only have 2 relegation places to worry about now. Deluded cockk....
Amo
Yes a marvellous job for the other managers...they only have 2 relegation places to worry about now. Deluded cockk.... But I thought we had a Top 10 side? How can we be bottom of the table? I guess it's those awful, awful injuries. Without them we'd have cracked the Top Four. Burrells Boy
If I was a manager of another Premiership club, I would want the clueless excuse for a manager to remain in post, giving four to six points for the majority of the other clubs. G Somerset Rover
Just read the latest comments and nearly fainted. 'marvellous job'. This has gone too far now. Why didnt Cryer et al all jump on that in the presser and ask him about 7 wins in 38?! Beyond furious with this whole farce.

den
Kean expects transfer backing I guess his thinking is something along the lines of - "well I've been telling Mrs D that our problems are down to defenders being injured, so I'd better back that up by buying some defenders this January" Either that, or he doesn't realise our goals against cloumn is more to do with the midfield, than with the back four. Whichever, he's still a numpty and amazingly getting worse.
beastlove
I have gone past the point of caring now. I love my club but have resigned myself to watching championship football next year. I now think Kean will be manager well into the new year. I have heard that Venky are prepared to give him until the end of the season, which really wouldn't surprise me. Scirocco
Oh yeah lets not sack him until he has confirmed us being relegated. Smart move as always Venky's!
JAL
Kean basically slagged off the whole of Blackburn with his comments yesterday. What a chump, obviously cant wait until he gets to january to screw the club further for his pay masters and himself then tell the world what a bunch of so and so 's we are after they've cleared off with the booty. Kean Anderson and Venky's out !

Me too , anyone who comes out with the statement . 'I will be 100% shocked if I am sacked ' when you consider his record is either mentally ill or totally unsackable , which means there is something going on at Ewood Park that needs investigating ...Because no one in any line of business can make that kind of statement ... Season ticket holders don't HAVE to go - there are plenty already saying they won't set foot inside Ewood again while the present regime continues. Investigated by who though!!, f.a. dont want to know as they would end up with egg on their faces after the venkys where one of the 1st new owners to pas their so called fit and proper owners test(farce), tabloids investigators cant find any hard evidance of wrong doing as sem/anderson/kean/venkys must have done a great job of hiding any paperwork(prob hidden in a safe in pune!). Season ticket holders don't HAVE to go - there are plenty already saying they won't set foot inside Ewood again while the present regime continues. just meant most season ticket holders feel more obliged to go after allready shelling out for their season ticket, i know id want my moneys worth out of it if i had one, even if it ment going down just to protest every week. SIMON GARNERS 194
Whenever Manchester United fans chant 'Sit Down You Paedophile' Arsene Wenger or when Chelsea fans hiss when they are playing Spurs, I don't see managers coming on then saying how disgusting the abuse is. Probably the most vile and disgusting chant I've ever heard aimed at a manager, but it's Utd fans so hey ho turn a blind eye!
