:rover: no wonder you never find a poor bookie :brfc:

The bookies and I have had a fair exchange of monies over the years, however, I know I'm in front overall and very confident about this one ! Expect to be taking the missus on a weekend city break with the winnings !

Delighted that you have seen the light !!!

I have come across as a bit of an @rse at times, it isn't really in my nature to be that way but I can honestly say that I havn't posted anything that I wouldn't be prepared to say to somebody face to face.

Since the takeover the football debate on here has declined dramatically resulting in previously sane posters becoming hysterical and polarised into factions. I have, unfortunately been drawn in more than most and I often wish this hadn't been the case. However, I dont believe that I have been a bully although I have had a couple of bans for a bit of name calling. That said I have stopped short of offering anybody out, unlike yourself. What I have done is to react to spamming and trolling.

That and responding to the influx of posters like you.

Fair enough.

Just one point, re influx of posters - more the merrier in my view as you must get an overall better perspective and you have to join the MB at some point if you want to participate !

Does that not indicate to you what the club is doing to its fanbase - it may only be a small percentage but its a good indicator and cross section.

I admire KMH for his stance and have no qualms about not liking it - but the feeble response its 'ridiculous before a crucial match ' is imo ridiculous in itself.

Every match is crucial - and protest or no protest there is going to be tension in the ground regardless.

If the players cannot handle this (also poor excuse re the Fulham game as we keep hearing only x300 there yet we where still beyond sheite!) then they should not be playing professional football.

If it all goes wrong, then those that are against can justifiably stand up and say 'I told you so' etc and feel smug about it - there has been no mention of intention to disrupt the game or get on the players backs.

Stuart Pearce is at the training ground, maybe Venkys have hired him to help give Kean some fire in his belly. :)

Coaches (not with other teams obviously) sometimes visit clubs training grounds to view training, take in other methods etc.

Hope it is just a case of that and not a potential addition to the coaching staff.

I've just read the poem thread and flowers at Jacks statue, thats beyond the remit of this march for me, stay well away from the statue and make your way to the main entrance.

Must admit to having lost a bit of enthusiasm for the event after reading that :(

Agree Gav, but don't let it waiver that enthusiasm

As Glenn has stated - this was just an idea that was put to him and by all accounts and the poem idea has been dropped - not quite sure of the flowers at the statue though as the thread has been closed.

Glenn and others - if reading please confirm as I think this is a biggie with people.

It must be stated and repeated that its solely a 'KEAN OUT' protest.

Hey brains, wake up they lose when we are behind them. 2 wins in 18 games. Talk about blind loyalty! If we don't act soon it will be to late. You caryy on with your head in the sand & leave us to try to sort it out.

Sorry but there is no need for that. His opinion may differ than mine, so be it, that is this persons choice. There is anger on both sides of the subject. But throwing in insulting posts, having digs at other cos their opinion is different than your, is totally wrong.

The truth is the protest has already started, before anybody marches or chants KEAN OUT. The media have picked it up, the owners have heard about it, hence the responce that is claimed to have come from them. The players will have already heard, after all they also read papers. In the ground the players have to be assurred that the supporters are behind them. This can only come from the supporters.

I am all for the protest outside the ground, but not inside. Anyway, in the light of the publicity this has already received, there is no need whatsoever for it to continue inside the ground. Once inside Ewood Park, its match day, get behind the team like never before, make the match experience a joy for everybody. After all there are bound to be people there who have never been to a match before - parents maybe taking their children for the first time - husbands taking their wives etc etc. We should never do anything that prevents others having a good time at the match. After all they have paid their money as well.

Protest hard and loud outside the ground. Get behind the team once inside the ground.

at least he is better than Kean

Very strange I got given Stuart Pearce's name last night from a friend of mine. More strange the friend is a bookie. One of the reasons I mentioned his name in the new manager thread this morning. Interesting, if he is at the training ground.

I wouldn't be against Stuart Pearce becoming rovers manager. He is very passionate and could do a decent job.

I think he was at the brockhall speaking to Gary Bowyer and Jason Lowe who could be in the next England u21 squad.

"The owners are frustrated as well. We are all anxious and anticipating the points to go with our performances."

We deservedly lost against Wolves and Aston Villa, and we were lucky to get a point at Fulham.

I listened to John Jensen rambling on about the same thing earlier on.

Cloud-cuckoo land, the pair of them. Performances need to drastically improve, why can't the see this?

I am a BRFC supporter, not a SK supporter. In fact I 'kin hate Blackburn and what it has become and the manner in which it has done so.

The sooner I can get away from this place the better.

Always will be BRFC and that means for life!. SK jog on.

Please stop spouting this 2 wins in 18 games, its a true statistic but one that doesn't take everything into account. The guy has been given a full pre-season by Venkys to assemble his squad which is now complete and after one game of that you are calling for his head when we actually got a credible away result.

I do not have my head in the sand I too am becoming increasingly frustrated with Kean but am simply calling for him to be given a bit more than 4 games to prove him and his squad are capable of winning Premier League games.

I agree with peoples right to protest but I think it seems ridiculous to do it before a game and especially ridiculous considering there were serious plans for it to involve the Jack Walker statue, small children laying flowers, poems and a minutes silence. I am entitled to that opinion.

And less of the belittling insults pal, just because I don't share your opinion.

The thing is, we are behind the team but we're not behind him. :) Again shows Kean is still on cloud cuckoo land.

And there is potentially the biggest issue. There is, as yet, nothing to suggest that Kean has lost the dressing room - with todays multi-media there would have been more than one leak if he had.

You have to therefore ask how the players will view this - at the end of the day Kean (whether we like it or not) is part of the BRFC "Team". Come kick off - my only focus is on a Rovers win - at this point I won't care who is manager as long as we win. Personally I don't feel ani-Kean chanting is helpful to our chances of getting a result - but I can guarantee that they will start if we are struggling.

It will be interesting this Saturday - if the players are behind Kean - we will see a performance full of effort at the very least.

I'm not sure all the players are/were as much behind him as some think.

Samba - Bert - EHD - Kalinic - Phil Jones?

Rumours admittedly, but we can't be sure that it's as happy a camp as Kean and the players say.

I admire your tenacity, I was in the same boat at the end of last season, this despite throwing my toys out of the pram after the Everton loss back in April.

I’m all for giving the man a chance, couldn’t care less what the usual suspects on here had to say so ignore them, but again Kean lost me after his post-match interview after the Villa game:

“We went into their box x amount of times, they came into our box x amount of times”

WE GOT ******* BEAT THOUGH Kean

The mans clueless, never plays the same formation or starting lineup, he's clueless.

I tried to back him
