N'zonzi.... Well he is to busy thinking of his dj set tonight at a Manchester club to be arsed with us!!

Thats really harsh on Nzonzi. He looked absolutely devestated and almost cried when that goal from Johnson went in. He battled throughout the game and I think he had a good game.

For me the thing that epitomises the clueless buffoon we have in charge is his decision to put Goodwillie (an overweight, pedestrian journeyman striker) on the right wing today even though he had Vukcevic (or however you spell it) sat on the bench throughout. He really doesn't know what he's doing.

Thank god is wasn't just me who noticed!!

Mixed feelings really.

Three games ago -if you had asked me how many points we would get against Arsenal, Newcastle (who are flying at the moment) and City - I would have said we would be lucky to get 1 maybe 2 points - we actually got three.

Today we capitulated in the second half against City - but we did similar at United when Sam (master tactician and experienced manager) was in charge.

I am desperately trying to look at the situation without the anti-Kean sentiment.

Having said all that - Jensen was the final straw for me - if as a manager he can't stand by his number 2 - I wonder about his integrity or back-bone.

I had hoped that after this latest defeat he would have done the decent thing - but I suppose he is hanging on to his livelihood - I doubt many would hire him after his time at Ewood.

Its now down to the owners to put their hands in their pockets and entice a decent manager and back-room staff to Rovers. At the moment - the only reason I can see for keeping him in a job is lack of a decent replacement. They have to realise that relegation will mean writing off the money they used to buy Rovers - as well as a huge loss of face.

7 games, 5 defeats this season, last season saw our worst run for 30 years.

The fact you think we are doing better than expected is bizarre to say the least DMTP, but then you have backed this imposter to the hilt, looking at your needless anti-Allardyce dig, it's maybe unsuprising.

In fairness he said better in the last 3 games, even the most ardent of dreamers wouldn't have predicted more than 3 points in those games.

The problem is the 4 games that went before it we should have had a lot more.

Wow Matty - so you thought we would do better than maybe one or two points in those matches - I admire your optimism.

I think you need to look back through my posts - and actually read them - back to the hilt - lol. Unfortunately - anyone that tries to look objectively is accused of being pro-Kean. The dig at Allardyce - surprisingly was just making the point that irrespective of the manager today - it was always likely we would get beat - and history shows that.

You have finally joined the 1 per centers in the last week or so, before that you backed him to the hilt, did you not?

I have always said that there are positive aspects to his tenure (limited I will grant you). I think I can see what he is trying to do (just that he can't do it) - I like the fact he has bought young "development" players - I like the confidence he has given some of our younger players.

I have always said that I fear for his tactical awareness - I thought he had it sorted towards the end of last season - but unfortunately we have slipped back this season.

Should he remain as Rovers manager - of course not.

Also, and this won't go down well, I don't think he is totally to blame for the problems we have at the moment. The owners have to take some responsibility for the farce during the transfer window - as well as for promoting a young and inexperienced coach to manager without giving him experienced support.

I don't like the fact he has bought 'development' players, bringing in inexperienced, cheap and largely young foreginers (and Goodwillie) whilst letting go experienced pros was a ridiculous transfer policy.

On your last point, most people will agree with you 100% Kean is only a symptom of this farcical football club we now follow.

Alan Shearer on Steve Kean, 'He's not a bad manager...'

Am I just having a nightmare? Every pundit under the son is missing the key facts and backing Kean.

He said, 'you don't become a bad manager overnight'

They are treating him like he is an established PL mananger just going through a rough run of results.

Drives me absolutely crackers.

I think the likes of Goodwillie were forced by the farce around the transfer budget. Nicko seemed to have good knowledge of a list that would have seen good players arriving at Ewood - prior to our banking arrangements coming under scrutiny.

One of Kean's biggest mistakes seems to have been not to criticise the owners - or everything going on in the background.

Annoying but predictable. Always the same in these circumstances, they wont say the manager's crap. Media people will like him as he's media friendly
