imy9 Posted September 17, 2011 Posted September 17, 2011 Goal came from the left... Is kean not seeing this? A nice goal but arsenal are going to get their standard VP goal soon.
Rovermatt Posted September 17, 2011 Posted September 17, 2011 As my brother correctly predicted before the game, Arteta would also open his account against us (surely we hold the ignominious record for this) making him the first player in Premiership history to score a goal in two consecutive away games against the same opposition for two different clubs...
BPF Posted September 17, 2011 Posted September 17, 2011 What the hell was going on with their goal? It was like watching Under 9's! How many times have we been in their box? That's the vital thing.
Tim Southampton Rover Posted September 17, 2011 Posted September 17, 2011 We've got 2 defensive midfielders, N'Zonzi and Petrovic, yet neither were doing their f'ing job by marking the player running into the area. No point having all these young skillful players if no one is doing the basics right.
Balwer Posted September 17, 2011 Posted September 17, 2011 Jason Lowe is not a right back. He doesn't understand how to mark the winger, left him wide open there. Yes he's faster than Salgado, that's only one part of it though.
Give 'Em the Axe Posted September 17, 2011 Posted September 17, 2011 'Junior' is in need of a serious Lee Marvin in the Dirty Dozen dressing down. Track back you lazy git!!
PAFELL Posted September 17, 2011 Posted September 17, 2011 Ground looks half empty. Time of day, on tv,weather, ????? Orlack of hope, interest under mean.
BRFC1995 Posted September 17, 2011 Posted September 17, 2011 couple of minutes to do something or te game is gone............kean does'nt do 2nd halves
Emge Posted September 17, 2011 Posted September 17, 2011 Excellent tackle by Dann! I was so sure it was 1-3 there!
BPF Posted September 17, 2011 Posted September 17, 2011 How many times is Rochina going to get caught in possession until he learns?
slough_rover Posted September 17, 2011 Author Posted September 17, 2011 Great block by Dann. Got ripped part though.
Balwer Posted September 17, 2011 Posted September 17, 2011 can anyone remember a worse Arsenal team to visit in recent years?
BRFC1995 Posted September 17, 2011 Posted September 17, 2011 We've got 2 defensive midfielders, N'Zonzi and Petrovic, yet neither were doing their f'ing job by marking the player running into the area. No point having all these young skillful players if no one is doing the basics right. they are big units and are selected by this clown to play center mid................but in absolutely no sense are they defensive midfielders, neither fit to lace savs/battys boots
slough_rover Posted September 17, 2011 Author Posted September 17, 2011 Vuckcevic for Rochina please.
Rovermatt Posted September 17, 2011 Posted September 17, 2011 Arshavin is playing like it's Euro 2008.
BPF Posted September 17, 2011 Posted September 17, 2011 can anyone remember a worse Arsenal team to visit in recent years? I was just thinking that, again showing just how bad we are.
jimw1988 Posted September 17, 2011 Posted September 17, 2011 If we were playing United or City today we would be getting hammered!
BPF Posted September 17, 2011 Posted September 17, 2011 Rochina looking more and mre like a one trick pony.
Dan Posted September 17, 2011 Posted September 17, 2011 That ###### on the sidelines shouting out directions for Arsenal is doing my head in. STFU.
martmitch Posted September 17, 2011 Posted September 17, 2011 rochina loosing the ball too many times
Rovermatt Posted September 17, 2011 Posted September 17, 2011 can anyone remember a worse Arsenal team to visit in recent years? In some ways this is a contest between two clubs crippled by recent under-investment.
promoted2001 Posted September 17, 2011 Posted September 17, 2011 Too many of our players are trying to be Maradonna taking it around the whole team. It's like watching a Sunday league football team!
