I'd certainly take him as a squad member. Sadly Salgado's looked a weak link this season.

I thought so too. He's no world beater but certainly steady and dependable and if all the running seems to be from our left flank he won't be expected to be overlapping at great speed. Plus 4 years younger than salgado, maybe not the same level of talent but fresher.
