slough_rover Posted September 24, 2011 Posted September 24, 2011 I hope Lowe grows in that role as Petrovic clearly needs more time. Still really worried about our full backs.

roverandout Posted September 24, 2011 Posted September 24, 2011 i would have had rochina ahead of formica as i think hes more of a threat and a better player at the moment, at least hes not starting roberts.
Backroom Tom Posted September 24, 2011 Backroom Posted September 24, 2011 Remember the chat room folks its good if a few go in there Same rules re: streaming links though
Iceman Posted September 24, 2011 Posted September 24, 2011 Yay, no Roberts again. Thank God for small miracles
Scott18 Posted September 24, 2011 Posted September 24, 2011 Interesting that MGP isn't even on the bench as he was in the squad. If Ben Arfa comes on he could cause us a lot of problems but I'm confident that we will get 3 points.
bigbrandjohn Posted September 24, 2011 Posted September 24, 2011 Gotta love Foxsoccer.tv. Great picture on my Mac
Al Posted September 24, 2011 Posted September 24, 2011 ROVERS: Robinson; Salgado, Samba ©, Dann, Givet; Hoilett, N'zonzi, Lowe, Olsson; Formica, Yakubu. Subs: Bunn, Hanley, Grella, Petrovic, Vukcevic, Rochina, Roberts. Newcastle: Krul; Simpson, Taylor, Coloccini ©, Taylor; Obertan, Cabaye, Tiote, Gutierrez; Best, Ba. Subs: Harper, Perch, Guthrie, Marveaux, Ameobi, Ben Arfa, Lovenkrands In my opinion close to our best availible but I would have had Rochina for Formica because he has more pace and an eye for goal. Not sure about Lowe yet either but it's a straight choice between him and Petrovic and he's not ready either. So you pays your money and takes your choice. All in all we are weak in defensive midfield as usual. We really miss the two Jones'.
roverandout Posted September 24, 2011 Posted September 24, 2011 can you watch the game live on your laptop from foxsoccer?
bigbrandjohn Posted September 24, 2011 Posted September 24, 2011 can you watch the game live on your laptop from foxsoccer? Foxsoccer.tv is a web based version of Fox soccer in the U.S shows less popular games which is usually us. For around 15 bucks a month you can get it on your computer. Great picture with broadband.

RibbleValleyRover Posted September 24, 2011 Posted September 24, 2011 All Newcastle so far, they are dominating the midfield especially on the wings. Rovers need to wake up.
bigbrandjohn Posted September 24, 2011 Posted September 24, 2011 Guys just a warning that any discussion on illegal streams will lead to instant bans. Foxsoccer .tv is as legal as you can get. It is Sky in America and part of my subscription. Newcastle 62% possession

RibbleValleyRover Posted September 24, 2011 Posted September 24, 2011 1-0 Newcastle. It was coming, Rovers have been shocking...
bigbrandjohn Posted September 24, 2011 Posted September 24, 2011 1-0 Newcastle. Samba drawn out covering for Salgado and Ba beats Dann..
Pinch Posted September 24, 2011 Posted September 24, 2011 Well that goal came out of nothing. Is it me or does Yak look tired already?
