Commentator has just said that Givet might not be paying with much energy because he is saving it all for his birthday party tomorrow. I genuinely love this guy. Rovers aren't exactly playing amazingly but the commentator is making watching this worth it

I didnt actually see the player come on, only saw the names on the screen. Maybe they were just trying to make Jerome proud anyway, if he squints he can pretend Myles is playing

All that way to play a Sunday League standard team in the intention of promoting our club whilst using a good number of reserves. I'm glad we aren't at full strength but the whole thing just makes it seem pointless. The commentator keeps talking about how the fans are there to see Premier League action etc etc. If that is the case why not wait until the summer and have a few Premier League teams out there and invite Pune FC to be part of it, Asia trophy style.

I think it is a missed opportunity by venkys. If the ckub was high up the table, playing well etc. This would have been good publicity etc for the cub. But venkys have done the India bit first.

We can only hope that the players find the whole experience good. That results improve in the prem. But sadly with mean as manager, I cannot see it.

Credit where due, punes keeper playing well.
