cn_barlow Posted October 1, 2011 Posted October 1, 2011 was there any anti Kean chanting during the game?
EWOODACE1 Posted October 1, 2011 Posted October 1, 2011 what exactly could he do, he's signings are average and Man City are too powerful. The only question was how many change the shape! he said judge me on my own signings. he never plays them
EWOODACE1 Posted October 1, 2011 Posted October 1, 2011 was there any anti Kean chanting during the game? yes. after the 2nd about 10% of the crowd. after the 3rd 60%
BRFC1995 Posted October 1, 2011 Posted October 1, 2011 change the shape! he said judge me on my own signings. he never plays them judgements in.............they are shyte never never never are petrovic, formica, goodwillie or rochina going to be week n week out fixtures in a decent team at premier league level delighted we never signed Ba with his dodgy knees ffs
Smithyster Posted October 1, 2011 Posted October 1, 2011 5 Live said Jason Roberts can't get out of the ground to his taxi (to get to 606) because of the fans protesting. Not because he'd be in danger but because the taxi can't get through.
Hekla Posted October 1, 2011 Posted October 1, 2011 judgements in.............they are shyte never never never are petrovic, formica, goodwillie or rochina going to be week n week out fixtures in a decent team at premier league level delighted we never signed Ba with his dodgy knees ffs It's not fair to judge the new players, it's the manager who can't organise or has no tactical power. The manager is the problem!!
PAFELL Posted October 1, 2011 Posted October 1, 2011 was there any anti Kean chanting during the game? After 2nd goal. Chants started then, then got louder as more joined in. Fans protest has hit world wide media coverage. I believe Kean is a gonner now.
philipl Posted October 1, 2011 Posted October 1, 2011 7,000 City fans at Ewood yet the gate was only 24,760. Rovers fans are clearly voting with their feet on Venky's and Kean.
T.J.Newton Posted October 1, 2011 Posted October 1, 2011 i can still hear chanting now from my house halve mile from ewood, could be the have to say brilliant city fans.
jrabrfc Posted October 1, 2011 Posted October 1, 2011 That was as bad as it gets. Fair enough, City are a good side, but there was no urgency, very little shape and no prompting from the bench at all today. To see Rovers fans arguing between themselves during the second half was sad to see. Where I was, N01, there was a bit of anti Kean stuff after the first goal then it got louder and louder with each goal. Not seen the stats but I don't remember a shot on target until we were 3 down. Pathetic. I still don't think he'll be sacked, but really the man is out of his depth. We need a change of plan, and soon or we are totally doomed.
Grabbi Graeme Posted October 1, 2011 Posted October 1, 2011 You're on Sky Sports is on SS 2 7.30 I hope they give some Rovers fans airtime after today, get your e mails into the show.
Myles Anderson Posted October 1, 2011 Posted October 1, 2011 cn_barlow, on 01 October 2011 - 16:34 PM, said: was there any anti Kean chanting during the game? yes. after the 2nd about 10% of the crowd. after the 3rd 60% I'd have hoped after the Arsenal game that sort of thing might have fizzled out.
SIMON GARNERS 194 Posted October 1, 2011 Posted October 1, 2011 Like a home game for Citeh today...there is no doubt that Rovers fans have lost heart with this charlatan in charge.
Hekla Posted October 1, 2011 Posted October 1, 2011 7,000 City fans at Ewood yet the gate was only 24,760. Rovers fans are clearly voting with their feet on Venky's and Kean. Embarassing, with Hughes or a half decent manager it would have been 29,000 at least.
Exiled_Rover Posted October 1, 2011 Posted October 1, 2011 judgements in.............they are shyte never never never are petrovic, formica, goodwillie or rochina going to be week n week out fixtures in a decent team at premier league level delighted we never signed Ba with his dodgy knees ffs Less talented players have succeeded in the Prem. There's nothing wrong with the signings, it's the organisation. We conceded four soft goals today against a Citeh team that didn't get out of second gear. This is the kind of game Hughes used to rally the troops for and battle for a point - despite the gulf in class. Today the players' heads dropped after the first goal. It was a procession after that.
PAFELL Posted October 1, 2011 Posted October 1, 2011 Have people noticed that everytime Kean is interviewed about fans fustration, he always uses the word US. Even today his comments were I hope the fans will change and support US. He just cannot understand it is HIM fans want sacked.
Backroom Tom Posted October 1, 2011 Backroom Posted October 1, 2011 Very strange atmosphere in the ground today, saw quite a few people close to fisticuffs, Abbey looked ready to explode at one point.
grizfoot Posted October 1, 2011 Posted October 1, 2011 I thought we where decent defensively first half but has soon as the first went in you just knew it would open the floodgates. You don't go into these game expecting to win but you do expect to put up a fight. The players heads dropped after the second goal went in and the Kean's Out chants started. Kean just stood in the dugout with his hands folded and didn't even bother with anymore subs (a defeated man if every I saw one). Looks like he'll need a police escort out of the ground tonight. If Kean doesn't get sacked on the back of this performance and the Newcastle one then I guess he isn't going to get sacked. Venky's don't have much respect among Blackburn fans as it is, getting rid of Kean now is the only option to take. If he's still in charge by next game it will both be Kean and Venky's that will be getting the abuse. Well done to the person with the Kean Out banner and the people that stayed behind (a lot at already left at 3 or 4-0 with ten-twenty minutes to go). It a sad day when the Man City fans are taking pity on you for the current state of your team. WE WANT OUR ROVERS BACK!
Simon Says Posted October 1, 2011 Posted October 1, 2011 Strange team selection, again! Players being played out of position, again! Seemingly no tactics, again! Make no mistake, we do have a squad of players that our more than good enough to compete in this league, but in my opinion not the leadership off the field. I don't enjoy seeing a man losing his job, but today was an absolute shambles. Kean out!
Neal Posted October 1, 2011 Posted October 1, 2011 At least my banner got some TV time. Well done to those who protested.
Moderation Lead K-Hod Posted October 1, 2011 Moderation Lead Posted October 1, 2011 Dreadful. I cringed when they had the audacity to announce a MOM.
chris Posted October 1, 2011 Posted October 1, 2011 At least my banner got some TV time. Well done to those who protested. The one with red writing?
