I find this amazingly scary. Did you put a tenner on it? ;)

You're not serious... are you? We're screwed. These are now the people that Venky's are listening to on how to run the club?

Anyone with any conscience will admit what they did and that they were wrong. But they won't.

Oh man. :(

Not all of them to be fair.

I'm a firm believer that Sam wouldn't have been fired if that minority hadn't spoken out against him.

Based on what? It's been established as 100% proof that Kentaro were calling the shots until after the January transfer window.

They were paid handsomely as advisors. Any decision would have been made on their advice. This isn't an Anderson witch-hunt, it was possibly done with the best of intentions (it is true that Allardyce's football didn't make us easily marketable).

Not at all fair to write that post based on a hunch without supporting evidence.

Wasn't it said that Kentaro advised against the sacking of Allardyce?

Dear oh dear. I'll just answer the question and not point out the blatant error in your post, given so many have done it before me.

Yes, I wanted to keep Big Sam. Liked the guy, personally. Football was crap, but got results, and he had the ability to persuade big names and good players to come in. With Venky's backing, Raul would be here by now, and I think we'd be in Europe.

Still finding it amazingly hard to trust some Rovers fans, as it's the same fickle people that wanted Sam out that now want Kean out, yet refuse to take even a little bit of responsibility for us being in the position we're in now. Venky's listened to this minority, they got what they wanted against everyone else's wishes. That's the depressing thing about all of this.

I'm a firm believer that Sam wouldn't have been fired if that minority hadn't spoken out against him. And it's those supporters I hold responsible for this. They can proclaim that they have the best interests of the club at heart, but they didn't, don't, and never will.

Those who supported Sam and the team? Hold your head high. You didn't contribute to the clubs downfall. Take pride in that.

totally agree with you here. Big Sam was the right manager for us. He would have got us into the top 10 last season and this season aswell.

Kean is a complete and utterly out of his depth as manager and he still doesn't get it, the majority of rovers fans want YOU gone from our club before he does any more damage, because under this clown we are heading for the CHAMPIONSHIP FOOTBALL!!!

Are we marketable with Kean as manager then???

Your wrong, its the dickheads who decided to give Kean the job permanently that have ferked this club up, do you know who they are?

One is bad enough. That one is the bad apple. Our clubs future is in their hands. That's seriously depressing.

The people going are not representatives of us the fans but are Blackburn Rovers fans from a wide variety of backgrounds thus you would expect people to be supportive of kean, others wanting him fired, some wanting MGP to start others not, etc. It would not be real if ALL the nine wanted him out.

Its not fair that people wanting to give Kean more time are being singled out for voicing an opinion, even named and shamed!?

I was under the assumption that Venky's were reading this very board at that time, and this board was the epicenter of Allardyce hatred.

Papers and TV shows with fans complaining about hoof-ball didn't help, either. They probably thought their reputation was being damaged by this in particular.

I understand what you're saying about marketability. I don't agree that we weren't marketable though. At the end of the day, what speaks volumes? The style of football, or the results and success that is brought in?

Sam, McDonald and Williams in charge was such a good partnership. And you could see the football style changing for parts of matches. It wasn't constant hoofing up the field. Sometimes they'd get it down on the floor and play some really good stuff. We most certainly aren't marketable now.

He shouldn't have had the opportunity to get into that position in the first place. Venky's have well and truly shot themselves in the foot with this one, as they now have to pay him off for the next two(?) years to get rid of him.

Just looking at the brfcs poll- it is 96-4.

On that basis 9 might well go 9-0 as more than three quarters of those willing to give Kean a chance after the Arsenal and Orient games now seem to think Kean has had his chance against Newcstle and City and flopped it badly.

So yes I would expect near unanimity for Kean to go now if the Fans Forum are indeed ordinary fans.

At this stage I find it incomprehensible that anyone would want Kean to be given more time.

To be fair though I would hope at this point in time all nine going now want Kean to be removed. Things have gone so far down the line that the penny must have dropped with everyone by now.

As credible as Kean's versions of the Jensen sacking and replacement process.

Kentaro and Kean knifed Sam and I hardly need to write in my opinion on that one.

I think it was Nicko who mentioned it... might have been somebody else though. Difficult to remember with the amount of ITK's on here now!

I'll make another banner for the next game. I made the THANKS BRETT one so I can use the same cardboard stencils to make a KEAN OUT banner. I'll just need to make a couple of stencils for letters O and U but I could just keep making the same banner and pass them to friends in all areas of the ground and we'll have banners all around Ewood stating KEAN OUT.

I do agree. It's these people that believe stability is key. I'm like that myself, but I genuinely have lost patience with Kean and the way things are. He's had almost a year to get things stable, but it's not happened.

I wanted 4pts from Newcastle, Man City and QPR, and we've failed that task with one of the three games now remaining.

Shhh imy9, don't oppose the witch hunt or you will be on 'the list'. I cannot fathom those few who think Kean should stay for any amount of time, but I don't think they are sub human scum like some here. Daft maybe, but not vermin.

Hopefully we can show a few banners at away games too.

One flaw is that 90 odd people on brfcs does not give a true reflection of Rovers fans across the boards opinion on kean. Its not 1% as kean thinks but neither is it 99%.

I would do for "Deluded Kean Out", I have noticed quite a few Newspapers have been using the deluded reference.

Or is that what DKO stands for?

There was a BS comment about the timing of the sacking from Anderson but only after he was certain the deed was done.

The Kentaro plan relied on having the strong personalities out of the way and Allardyce, Williams, Finn and Goodman were all targetted and disposed of, IMO. On December 12 or whenever it was last year, Allardyce was fired and the other three effectively neutralised in one clinical sweep.

Apparently Kean rang Mrs D after the last minute winner for Bolton to tell her that Sam had lost the dressing room and that she had no alternative but to fire Sam immediately. That was of course a lie if that is what he said.

No one's said theyre subhuman scum. But I'm not keen on anyone supporting Kean going as a representative of the fans when a united front on this would be a lot more powerful.

And I haven't seen any statements in the last week from any of them backing Kean so maybe they too have turned, but I know not so long ago a few of them were arguing against those who wanted him out.

I find there are still quite a few of the older generation of Rovers fans that aren't exactly calling for his head. And it's those people I'd NEVER consider "subhuman scum". They've seen so much more than I have. Doesn't mean I agree with them. I just respect their opinion.

It does feel like that those players are being targeted and made to feel uncomfortable, completely wrong,i want venky's to see a wide variety of fans and I do believe that they are genuinely trying to reach out to the fans, the irony is that the quickest way to do that would be to sack kean and hire a decent manager!

It's pretty damn close to 96% in the wider fanbase now imy

I reckon if you polled all the fans yesterday then there would be a significant portion who would give him more time, at least 10%i would guess more like 25%, from my experience people dislike change in most walks of life, even if you say 1000 people stayed behind to protest there were still 90% who did not.
