[Archived] VENKY'S OUT

If Jean talks his way out of getting sacked and is given more time then there will be a lot more calling for venkys heads, he has to go within a week, preferably before the Indian trip.

Enough is enough.

KEAN OUT!!!

Me and Paul discussed this yesterday. IMO, Venky's don't know which way to turn. If they sack Kean, how do they find his replacement? Who at the club can show them the way forward? How would they know who to take advice from, or who's advice to trust - considering how much bad advice they've had up to now?

Unfortunately Venky's haven't done what good business people always do, - surround themselves with top people. In fact, they've done the exact opposite.

Jerome Anderson has a lot to answer for.

I meant to +1 this but since I was lounging and drinking when I selected the bottom I gave it a -1. Sorry about that, Den. You are making good points.

Where is Tom Finn? I know JW is at ManC, but perhaps Finn could be brought back in, at least as a consultant?

I would imagine that If/When Kean is sack, that Paul Hunt, Simon Hunt(DoF at rovers) and Venny Rao will conduct the search for a new manager and to give the owners a shortlist with 5 names on it after seeing who would be interest in the job and give them a recommendation who we should appoint and the owners to see whether they agree with the recommendation of PH, SH and VR. If they do then go and have talks with him and agree talk contract terms and then Appoint the new manager.

You miss my Point I think, Chaddy.

The Raos put all their trust in Kentaro. JA represented them during the buy out, sorted out a new manager for the Raos and were basically running rovers footballing affairs. The Raos were lead to believe that JA would do all the decision making. That's all apparently gone, so what do they do now? They're suddenly faced with a big, big problem on the footballing side of things and they know nothing about football. Yes there are the names that you have just put forward Chaddy, but how do Venky's know that they can trust any of these people to find them the right man? They don't know who can get the right decision for them, do they - and they can't afford to get the next manager wrong.

Maybe, just maybe this is why the Raos are reluctant, at the moment, to get rid of the current encumbent. Just a thought.

Very good points den.

Venky's inexperience and lack of knowledge is the problem- Sky Supplement

I really can't stand that program but they sum things up well for once. Its often the case that when teams like ours are doing badly they’re on the money with analysis, but when we’re doing well they’re so wide of the mark its often embarrassing

As far as the Roas go, I still believe they’ve got an opportunity to make a good fist of things, but they need to sack Kean now, that’s a major step in the right direction. If they sack him now and put someone in charge that’s got experience we’ll see an improvement I’m sure, but the clock is ticking.

Venkeys, you have failed and shown yourselves to be rubbish at the football business. We are leaving the Premier League this season, I suggest you should too.

It would be a dream to think you will invest heavily in the club to leave us in a competative state for the year ahead in the Championship, but you won't.

BRFC will become a drain on your resources and you will eventualy sell for a £1. Who knows what fit and propper person will buy us?

It's like they don't give a stinkin' brown one that we're practically rock-bottom and headed towards the Championship. For every day they keep Kean in a job, they're spitting in the faces of Blackburn fans.

So what was the reason behind employing Paul Hunt?

Your guess is as good as mine. He appears to do nothing.

Indeed (only just seen this). Am I the only one but I've heard nothing at all from the Hunt brothers, and next to nothing from the Ewood-dwelling Rao. Would somebody care to explain what they have been doing for the past number of weeks and what they'll be offering in the next few weeks/months?

I don't know what they do / should do but I know all three are failing to communicate with the support.

As far as I am concerned there is no apparent / visible management at Ewood Park either on or off the field. I don't understand why the Rao family have wasted so much money on a bunch of nonentities.......................unless of course they are not confrontational?

The venkys are showing a complete disregard for the fans, their record since they took over is shocking, all the things they have done are on record

Allardyce, Kean, Anderton, Ronhaldino etc. I am really surprised that more fans are not blaming them, because they are the root cause of our problems

including Kean.

Mrs Desais attitude seems to be , we will do what we want with our new toy and will not listen to anybody.

When she and her family have grown fed up of us they can presumably cash in their combined assets including parachute payments etc and walk away

leaving us in the lurch.

By then presumably we will be relegated and no use to them in terms of brand awareness.

It is truly amazing that they are not getting more stick from us fans who will be left holding the baby for years to come.

Venkys should now be the real focus of the protests, all their decisions have led to this situation and they must be held accountable (even more so than Kean).

Kean will be sacked by default if the pressure is turned up on Venkys.

Too true SG (it was a bit of a rhetorical question, but I'm glad the view is shared!). Just to reinforce Beatrix and Sage's posts, good news for the Venky's is they are well on the way of moving the focus of fans' anger away from Kean. The bad news for them is the focus is heading their way instead.

We should all blitz email the press in Pune, get them to look at this forum, run a story on the views on this board. Nothing more embarrassing than their own local press reporting on the unrest at Ewood - especially with the team flying out for their special PR event.

Cant believe I'm saying this but I'm actually thinking of boycotting matches till this parasite is no longer at our once proud club. Just don't know what else to do, I participated in both protests, but what good have they done? If anything it seems mrs.d is just digging her heels in, the state of affairs at ewood now is unbelievable, I've never seen anything like Saturday at ewood, thousands of angry fans, arguing with each other, what's going on? It's almost as if venkys are dingles and are setting out to ruin us.

Maybe we should bombard venkys with a barrage of emails and switch our attention to " venkys out", but what good will that do? Probably none.

Just how do we get through to them?

KEAN OUT!!!

Massive week for Venky's with so many staff, the team, fans coming over.

There will be plenty of PR throughout the week I would guess, will be interesting to hear when they come out in support, yet again, of the so called manager.

With brand exposure being their primary objective for buying us in the first place, they will be milking it for all it's worth.

all i can say to venkys is you tried your best, you werent up to it but now is the time to walk before ALL of your credibility is gone, if it hasnt already.

Bad news is that they have to find someone willing to buy the club first.

It's going to end up the marriage made in hell, they won't want us, and we already don't want them. But the divorce is likely to be protracted and unpleasant.

ah yes, Anderson. Well there's a shocker isn't it? It all makes sense now. Of course he's stil involved, why else would Kean still be here? All those silly Agents fees Venkys have to pay. All so unnecessary you'd have thought, why could they possibly want to do that?

Oh and if Anderson isn't involved then perhaps we could have a statement to that effect instead of Venkys PR telling Kamy otherwise.

He's the one pulling the strings then. Kean takes it all on the chin ("don't bother relocating Steve, it won't take long") while JA and Venkys don't even turn up. The Premier League want to get a grip, still it won't be their problem in 8 months will it.
