Looks like they have a cunning plan, if there is no relegation results won't matter.....

Unofrtunately for our owners we'll be wallowing in the lower leagues by the time this comes into effect anyway (not that it ever will, but theoretically), meaning we'd just never be able to get back into the top flight :)

I cant support them, they - just like kean - have not earned my respect or support. They talked about honouring our traditions, continuing jack´s legacy and then continue to ###### all over it. Hardly people i would ever support.

Had they had a rich history at our club, filled with landmarks, loyalty and what not, i would stand by their side through rough patches.

Imo you cant seperate kean and the V´s, a combination that is ruining our club and quite frankly, you just cant support those who try to ruin us, intentional or not.

Whether we support the venkys or not is unfortunately irrelevant, they own the club and until such time as they sell it we are stuck with them.

Their management to date has been disastrous, if nothing changes we will probably be relegated. The number one priority is to replace Kean with an

experienced PL manager, the protests need to be escalated inside the ground to bring the scale of them to the attention of the owners, softly softly

is not going to be enough. The rumours about MH and MOH are steps in the right direction Rob Coar knows all about the taditions of the club and the fans

he has been around a long time in senior positions.

Keep the protests going as loud and as visible as possible, plenty of banners inside the ground.

Someone on Rovers mad claiming that Venkys have put the house they bought from Neville up for sale. Can anyone confirm?

I live close to it, will check tomorrow, unless someone else confirms it before then.

Since when do houses like that get for sale boards? They get a glossy brochure once the agent has decided you're not messing them around.

i will nip out now, it's 5 mins. Will check the agents board and then check website.

Find me at a game and I'll buy you a beer instead, our tax return is going to be messy enough already (sorry Andy, it's going to be simple, honest ;).

As for why he thinks it is .... do tell? Next door up for sale? Security firm notice looks like a for sale board?

For sale sign at end of the wrong driveway. They aren't driveways as we know them, more like roads! The drives are 10 yards apart. You could easily miss Venky's estate if you blinked! The other road leads to much 'cheaper' houses, under a million!

The worst thing about Venky's time at the club so far is how they have got fans arguing amongst each other. We have never, I feel, had owners that seem to have put so little value on the feelings of the fans. I remember when I first started going to Ewood in the 80s, when Bobby Saxton's time was up. The crowd had turned and you knew there was no way back.

Later on, similar occurrences happened under Kidd and Ince. There reached a limit, and action was taken.

The same happened a while back under Kean yet, this time, nothing. Due to this, those fans who traditionally don't like displaying overt anger are put against those who want Kean out whatever. I can't see how it would have ever got so far in the past. Kean would already have been sacked by now. Actually, he wouldn't have been appointed in the first place but that's another thing...

You can see it on here in microcosm. Posters who would usually firmly agree with each other have been arguing amongst themselves. The support is angry and, thanks to Venky's mismanagement and in their absence, they are taking it out on each other.

At the moment, the heart of the club is being ripped out of it. Until - and only when - Kean is sacked, the will be a dysfunctional, bickering shadow of the begrudgingly respected, well-run, family club that was Blackburn Rovers. Give us our Rovers back Raos, sack Kean and start doing what any half-competent ownership would have done months ago.

Four Lane Blue - the voice of reason.

That is why Kean has to go, and the Venkys have to look at the psychology of all this.

As a "give him a chance, the fixtures are against him" guy, I still recognise that the fans must be right

and you cannot alienate the majority of the supporters, who only want to be proud of OUR team.

In a few years this will all seem like a 'bad' dream eg Rubber-dinghy, electricity bill unpaid, polio epidemic,Wigan Away etc

When people with the business experience of the venkys continue to make suspect decisions regarding BRFC all well documented, the obvious

conclusion is that they have a hidden agenda that we are not party to. What that agenda could be is anybodies guess maybe along the lines

of venky PR, financial gain , before the footballing interests of the club. There is no logic in their blind faith in Kean, refusing to

take proper advice from respected football people and consequently hurtling headlong to oblivion.

Maybe we should start a new thread along the lines of " What is the venkys hidden agenda that explains illogical decisions to date."
