Steve Ken was told he must get results, then asked

presenter "is Kean job safe if he fails to get these results?"

reply: "I'm not going to this now, he must get results"

That pretty much how it went.

KEAN is bullet proof. Venkys have really bought into the low cost youth development model. They know full well that an experienced manager would want serious cash spending on seasoned pros. It's cheaper to keep KEAN - regardless of results.

You are right Chris, this was the least backing I have seen for him despite the 101% quote, he may say he has faith he can get the results but also said the results are the most important thing.

If we lose the next 2 games he's gone IMO especially with the owners in town next week.
