Isn't Rob Coar still at the club? As probably the only one of the old guard left, has anyone been able to get his view on things?

'Burnley Bob' is still there and still has his FA connections.

IMV, he's between a rock and a hard place!

mercerman, do you think the wheels are in motion for getting rid of kean? is this guy who wants him out influential enough?

There are rumours that he was given 4 matches, including QPR, to 'turn it around', whatever that may mean.

At best, IMV, the managerial structure of the club is dysfunctional and that's probably being kind!

The tipping point will be a stadium in uproar that is an ambarrassment to Venky's and their PR. If that happens, I'm sure Kean will be toast.

We need to make sure everyone makes the effort and takes part in these protest this weekend, If they can physically be there then they should be. Not everyone has internet and I urge all those who know fans who are attending the game on Sunday, to get them to the Brown Cow and get them to stay behind after the match.

Fan power will win through if fans show their hand, if supporters think just results will have Kean removed then they are sadly mistaken, Its going to take a mass showing from the supporters, because it does'nt matter how many polls we do or how many threads we open to show our displeasure, 500-1000 fans protesting will once again just give Steve Kean a statistic to show the owners that the rest of the fans are satisfied.

I will be there again on Sunday as will the usual suspects and some new faces, but what we all need is for all fans who want Kean out to put themselves out for one day and show the world and our owners that the majority want Kean gone.

As every game goes by, we get closer to the trap door, and NOW is the time for action, I can't understand how supporters can be so unhappy, yet fail to have their voice heard.

What are people waiting for? Venkys have shown for 11 months that they are incapable of making a decision based on results, if you don't speak up now, then i'm sorry you are helping our club go down the pan

LT

I expected a bit more than that LT.

IMV, Cryer is proving to be somewhat disappointing.

Can't believe the spin or crap that's been published this week on behalf of Rovers (Olsson, Yak, Nzonzi, Nelsen etc).

Would have expected much more from the meeting to have been published.

Cryer, IMV, is a mouse who has found his level.

I understand that there is one senior figure @ Ewood, in particular, who is agitating for Kean to be sacked. Unfortunately, it seems that there are factions within the camp who all want their own different way. However, apparently, one voice is getting steadily louder and becoming more influential.

Mercerman, is the man you are talking about Robert Coar? or is it Paul Hunt or somebody else???

Ironically though, if you read Nelsen's article and associated comments, it would appear that Ryan Nelsen has done a great job of galvanising the fans against Kean/the players.

Glen Mullan wrote:Alot of progress has been made this week in talks myself and Simon have had with the club and a glimmer of light is appearing at the end of the tunnel.

Glen can you elaborate on this? Is it possibly a managerial change?.

Can you expand on this mercerman Is it Greg Coar? Or could it be Ryan Nelsen at a rough guess he seems the most influential & most outspoken of people at ewood.

Glen Mullan can you expand on who the premiership referee was at last night's meeting?. You also mentioned problems with SEM/Kentaro being investigated I thought Jerome Anderson's role at the club was diminished? can you please confirm this. Is it anything to do with Rochina's contract? thanks.

The weather is set fair for tomorrow so there are no excuses. The pre and post match protests have almost as much significance as the actual game to me. And possibly (if my frustrations get the better of me) I will be be shouting abuse at the imposter during the game. I really don't want to do that but my emotions will kick in and get the better of me.

Soccer Saturday is populated by morons who can just about shout 'WHAT A GOAL!'

Anyway, isn't there that thing with the coffins painted in club colours, some odd tradition with a pub and promotion? Whoever looks after those should bring the Blackburn one along tomorrow providing I haven't just made that up.

Aye, in Bamber Bridge, I went to the resurrection of the coffin in 2001, I may have a morbid visit over for our probable burial next year :(
