On that point I am but at this stage words and promises mean nothing, action has to be taken or best intentions go down the pan. I do wonder why they wren't there today as I thought they would be.

I think calling someones personal integrity into question is bang out of order and a flat out insult though, maybe those making the comments would be so easily 'bought' it doesn't mean that others are.

Just one question, what has changed since the trip?

Just one question, what has changed since the trip?

Honest answer, I haven't the foggiest. We did all we could, ball is out of our court.

I feel if he isn't gone this week then relegation is confirmed, a loss at Norwich see's us stranded and rivals too hard ahead already.

Roversinsider - Chris seems to know my feelings on him, he may have little bits of info but seems to make most of it up.

Playing loud music to drown out the fans was totally insensitive and showed the disregard this Club has for its fans now. A club that I have followed for over 40 years both home and away. I feel so disgusted and hurt by this treatment. We are the fans that buy the tickets and the merchandise etc. I have never felt so disconnected from the Club. Hang your heads in shame Blackburn Rovers.

1. If you A) support Kean or B ) Don't think anti-Kean opinions should be voiced then either drown out the boos and chants with pro-Kean songs or if can't quite bring yourself to vocally back the criminal then keep your thoughts to yourself and go home. Also don't tell people not to attend, there will be enough not attending anyway next season with Kean in charge.

DO NOT Tell any fellow followers who have seen more games you you have had hot dinners and given support to the club when they REALLY needed it any stick. You have your say and let others have theirs. Some of us will not stand for it again. This seems to be an attitude picked up by some not all fans who started coming in the early Walker/Radio Rovers era.

Talking about RR, they are a disgrace and an embarassment to any fan who isn't a vegetable. Their days have gone and they should close now.

The protests were organised and everyone behaved inpeccably. Well done to all concerned and all those who took part.

Support for the team during the game was good and there was no banners or Kean outs until the final whistle.

As for the game the general performance was OK but we were completely toothless and looked vulnerable at times. We are good enough to stay in this poor league make no mistake. Keans selection of Roberts was completely unfathomable and brought just about the only dissent during the game.

Interesting that during the sit in that 3 players chose to walk accross the pitch and applaud the protesters. Not sure if that was significant or not but I think it was.

As for Kean turning things around there is no evidence to show this can happen so you are relying on blind faith rather than judgement.

Kean out, of course.

You may not have the foggiest but I do ( I am not having a go at you by the way, but venkys)

Putting the music on was an utter disgrace. Venkys or the senior management or whoever don't seem to realise that most fans have put thousands of pounds, thousands of hours and half their weekends for a decade or more into Rovers. If we want to have our say we deserve to be allowed to have it without the club resorting to such disgraceful tactics as trying to drown us out.

After 30 years and spending thousands of pounds going home and away watching the rovers, today i have had it after these comments by Kean

On the fans’ protests, he said: “I don’t know if it’s a large section of the fans behind this.

"But to be honest I really don’t pay much attention to them"

Sums him up

I'm not sure you can read anything into Venky's absence - it is Diwali next week so I'd have been surprised if they were here.

Interesting that there was a slight booing when Roberts name was read out and a distinct cheer when he was subbed (different to the normal applause). How he commands a first team starting place, even with our paper thin options, is beyond me.

Protest seemed much larger this time but I'm still not sure what it'll achieve. If the crap run of results we are on, and supposedly the players all hate him, cannot shift Kean then nothing the fans do will.

Depressing really.

Not quite true Tom. There was a small group below me in the Blackburn End that had a Kean Out banner up before the game and then again as soon as we went 2-1 down. They were roundly booed by everyone around them and in the subsequent shouting match one of them was thrown out.

Just hold on one minute please...

I sit in area NO4 where this incident happened. To those who clapped like spoilt Children when the stewards came I say shame on you,to act like that with your fellow supporters was a disgrace. These lads and men were being passionate about the club they love....I feel ashamed to have witnessed what I did today at Ewood.

You must feel so proud Venky's to have turned fan against fellow fan :angry2:

Just tired of this whole debacle now. No longer is suporting rovers an enjoyable past time. Well done to all the protest organisers today and for all those who attended. If it hasnt worked then the only remaining option is a boycott. I know that is a wrench but you have may have to take a personal short term hit for a long term gain.

I dont know about the rest of the rovers fans but i have never felt so mentally drained by something that is meant to be fun!

As I said, nothing personal, just interested if your view had changed. You come across as a decent chap.

Nah bud I know it wasn't you saying it.

Has anyone suggested an boycott of the RoversStore, Programs, Lottery and Food/Drink before a full-on match boycott?

not thought of that before, is a fair idea and one I would go along with, however, i just think Newcastle is an ideal opportunity for people just not to go. I mean doubling the price of the ticket was ridiculous in the first place and I dont think getting through to the next round is going to do us any favours. (as Birmingham found out first hand last year.)
