Rovers_786 Posted October 25, 2011 Posted October 25, 2011 We don't want Sven we just need a new manager and start from fresh,if Sven was in Blackburn what was he doing kean saying he doesn't need anyone as he happy with what he got. Kean will not talk about his contract and he is hiding something while you watch the link I posted.

rebelmswar Posted October 25, 2011 Posted October 25, 2011 Sven is the grim reaper of football clubs, it is only fitting that he stalks toward our doors.
beerwins Posted October 25, 2011 Posted October 25, 2011 Very strange that Sven has been seen at Ewood, even stranger keans face when he asked him.
BuckyRover Posted October 25, 2011 Posted October 25, 2011 I don't know guys. He did alright at City in the Prem quite recently. He is definitely better than Kean
Amo Posted October 25, 2011 Posted October 25, 2011 I don't know guys. He did alright at City in the Prem quite recently. He is definitely better than Kean He doesn't have a bad win record, even for teams he flopped with. Whether he's the man to buckle us up for a relegation battle...
booth Posted October 25, 2011 Posted October 25, 2011 Also let's not forget that Faz was at the game on Sunday.
Balwer Posted October 25, 2011 Posted October 25, 2011 His win rate at Leicester was more than double Kean's...
koi Posted October 25, 2011 Posted October 25, 2011 Not a bad manager but gave us a right royal shafting.
2PAC 4 Blackburn Posted October 25, 2011 Posted October 25, 2011 By his reaction I'd guess he knew more about the Sven claim than he let on. Seemed very nervous around the subject. Hmmmm!
LeftWinger Posted October 25, 2011 Posted October 25, 2011 Not a bad manager but gave us a right royal shafting. As opposed to Kean who IS a bad manager and gave us a right royal shafting.
Andy Posted October 25, 2011 Posted October 25, 2011 Not a bad manager but gave us a right royal shafting. Really? By all accounts, he and Jack tore up his pre-contract and remained friends. He just had a change of heart. These things happen.
booth Posted October 25, 2011 Posted October 25, 2011 He wouldn't be my choice but if they sacked Kean and employed Sven tomorrow I'd be smiling. Leicester fans aren't too happy about him being sacked. http://www.thisisleicestershire.co.uk/Leicester-City-fans-shock-Sven-Goran-Eriksson/story-13656029-detail/story.html
Backroom DE. Posted October 25, 2011 Backroom Posted October 25, 2011 I'd take Sven in a second... between him and Kean? Come on, it's not even a contest.
Speedie Dived Posted October 25, 2011 Posted October 25, 2011 Really? By all accounts, he and Jack tore up his pre-contract and remained friends. He just had a change of heart. These things happen. Think the rumour was he wanted to bring Mancini in on 60k, Jack said no. And then Lazio got in his ear.
rebelmswar Posted October 25, 2011 Posted October 25, 2011 I'd take Sven in a second... between him and Kean? Come on, it's not even a contest. But as director of football with muppet boy still manager? Seems like putting perfume on a pig to me.
koi Posted October 25, 2011 Posted October 25, 2011 Really? By all accounts, he and Jack tore up his pre-contract and remained friends. He just had a change of heart. These things happen. According to Sven that is. At the time it was said they fell out over the control of transfers, in particular Mancini I seem to recall. Anyway, like I said, not a bad manager and hugely more capable than Kean.
Sparky Marky Posted October 25, 2011 Posted October 25, 2011 Ive championed sven since sam got fired. High profile many contacts in football. 3 years ago we wouldnt have been able to get him. We should secure him immediately.
beerwins Posted October 25, 2011 Posted October 25, 2011 If he comes I think it will be as a DOF, I don't see Kean getting sacked although the contract rumours must have come from somewhere and may see Kean in a lesser position. We can all hope eh.
Hughesy Posted October 25, 2011 Posted October 25, 2011 Kean's reaction to the question is very strange....its like he knew the name that was coming up and like he is trying not to smile because he knows what is happening. Smarmy barsteward, hope to god his contract as MANAGER isnt extended
Sparky Marky Posted October 25, 2011 Posted October 25, 2011 Constructive dismissal. Bring experience in above him and he will be gone in no time.
roverandout Posted October 25, 2011 Posted October 25, 2011 sad indicement when i would take sven in a hardbeat over this clown, shows how far we have fallen!!
Steve Moss Posted October 25, 2011 Posted October 25, 2011 Sven is not on my top 5, but he is far better than Kean. At least Sven would give us a fighting chance.
Stuart Posted October 25, 2011 Posted October 25, 2011 Kean's reaction to the question is very strange....its like he knew the name that was coming up and like he is trying not to smile because he knows what is happening. Smarmy barsteward, hope to god his contract as MANAGER isnt extended Did I read somewhere that Sven has links to Jerome Anderson? Maybe this is how Kean gets to stay on as first team coach, with Sven and Faz as manager and assistant "working along side him"?? Plausable.
Backroom DE. Posted October 25, 2011 Backroom Posted October 25, 2011 But as director of football with muppet boy still manager? Seems like putting perfume on a pig to me. That would not be a scenario I'd be interested in. I'd want Sven in to replace Kean, not to advise him.
roverandout Posted October 25, 2011 Posted October 25, 2011 that would be the blind leading the very blind.
