BRFC1995 Posted November 5, 2011 Posted November 5, 2011 Chelsea team looks solid, dropped misfiring torres Mata sturridge malouda with lampard behind seems pretty decent Can't see the Yak getting too much service either just in terms of physical presence rochina and formica are getting dominated 0-3
G Somerset Rover Posted November 5, 2011 Posted November 5, 2011 At last Kean picks the strongest team in what could easily be his last game in charge. ??? I think we'll suffer another narrow loss here, which will keep the mug here. 1-2
PAFELL Posted November 5, 2011 Posted November 5, 2011 At last Kean picks the strongest team in what could easily be his last game in charge. According to sky pundits. Rovers are only one player away from being a very good side. One player away from being safe in the prem. Hope this is Kean's last match as manager at Rovers. Sadly cannot see it.
Gogger Posted November 5, 2011 Posted November 5, 2011 Ashley Cole will run riots on our left flank. Rochina as a right winger/midfielder will come back to hunt us. I think there will be three assists from Cole.
MarkBRFC71 Posted November 5, 2011 Posted November 5, 2011 What happened to the balloons?? I've seen 4 so far .... apathy rules it seems.
Daremz Posted November 5, 2011 Posted November 5, 2011 The only way we'll get rid of SK is 3 huge defeats in a row. Lets start today: Rovers 1 (we'll get 1-0 up), Chelsea 5 (five). Excuse by SK in post-match interview: 'At 1-0 we should have had a PK, that moment changed the game...'
ihtd Posted November 5, 2011 Posted November 5, 2011 Feeble attempt at protesting. The commentator on Fox Sports pretty much ridiculed the fans for the ###### poor balloon attempt. Hope the plane actually turns up now. With regards the game, Chelsea do the look the better team early on, seem to be finding gaps between our midfield and defence quite easily. EDIT: There's a lot of empty seats.
philipl Posted November 5, 2011 Posted November 5, 2011 Small crowd and Chelsea looking in control. How did Yak miss that? Bad injury to Cech by Ashley Cole?
Rover Down Under Posted November 5, 2011 Posted November 5, 2011 The Yak just missed a sitter after good work on the left from Formica, it was a Roberts-esque miss.
Backroom DE. Posted November 5, 2011 Backroom Posted November 5, 2011 The balloon thing seemed to come completely out of the blue so I'm not surprised if it didn't go well. Any news on the plane...?
yoda Posted November 5, 2011 Posted November 5, 2011 looks like a lot of empty seats, maybe a few of the 99% are not happy and stayed at home
Lurid Coat Posted November 5, 2011 Posted November 5, 2011 Just our luck if the plane flies by when all the cameras care about is Cech receiving treatment. Edit: The plane is supposed to fly over at 15:15
Pinch Posted November 5, 2011 Posted November 5, 2011 The Yak just missed a sitter after good work on the left from Formica, it was a Roberts-esque miss. I was thinking the same - flashbacks to the 1-on-1 miss by Roberts v Chelsea last season
Emge Posted November 5, 2011 Posted November 5, 2011 So, are Venkys there or not? Make them hear you!
philipl Posted November 5, 2011 Posted November 5, 2011 That was a pen not given. Samba did well to get away with that one.
