[Archived] Former Rovers Strikers plying there trade in the Australian A League

Been following the Australian A League since I have been over in Australia and have been keeping tabs on the former rovers lads. The standards not too hot but its been interesting watch in places.

Maceo Rigters - Playing very well and scored a fantastic goal last weekend for Gold Coast United.

Franny Jeffers - Turns out for Newcastle jets tomorrow.

Brett Emerton - Hasnt really started the season too well really, certainly hasnt dominated as much as expected.

Robbie Slater - Pundit for all the matches plus the premier league coverage, he still loves us!!

Thanks for that mate,Franny Jeffers should hang up his boot, he lost that great form he had once ,the big move to Arsenal made him a big flop.

I agree 786 Franny should hang up his boots now mind you now Everton have just lost the Yak and seem happy to buy back their own players for a 2nd spell maybe Moyes might start doing the losing the plot trick like Rafa towards the end of his l'pool career and bring back jug ears!
