Hello. My name is Tony and I'm originally from Accrington. I went to St. Mary's on Shear Brow back in the late 70s and then left the North for the bright lights of London where I have been ever since. I have been reading posts on this site since it was formed back in '96 ( I think but no doubt someone will correct me). I remember posting slot when rumours were abound that Shearer would leave. It was mostly Lee Grooby and Dave Birch in those days. Anyhow, I stopped posting after having watch too much of Christian Dailly and getting stick for thinking he was rather crap. Nowadays, I can't believe how our magnificent, historic club has ended up how it is. This feels like a wake to me.
