MullenVoid Posted November 14, 2011 Posted November 14, 2011 Hi all, I'm Andy, a 30 year old currently living in Great Harwood. I'm a qualified accountant working at CPC in Preston. I married Alex last December and we have a 2 year old son. As for Rovers I must admit I have drifted in and out of following their fortunes. I used to go plenty as a boy and will never forget the Dalglish glory days. Never sure why but my favourite player was Ripley. My first game was against Leicester City when Mike Newell (playing for Leicester) was sent off for booting Hendry! I had a season ticket during the Graeme Souness reign but decided I preferred a few away games per season rather than the bi-weekly ewood grind (as it felt towards the end!). I always found the atmosphere amongst away fans to be better and loved the feeling of visiting a new town/city and stadium. For a while I also got to see Blackpool quite a bit, which was great til we played them last season! It's a strange thing you know, but I think since having our son, I really started to get interested again. I suppose I want to make sure he knows what colour his blood really is! I cannot imagine what some of you guys are going through at the moment, I'm not an ardent supporter by any means, but still feel my heart being ripped out by current affairs. I get to very few games these days but would really love to go regularly again when the boy understands it. Hopefully we will still have a club by then. All the best people, Andy MullenVoid 3 Quote
