AggyBlue Posted November 19, 2011 Posted November 19, 2011 I hope I see them!! Setting off early on the off chance ! We ought to gather early at the main entrance and give 'em some grief when they arrive. I'm game.
wilyrover Posted November 19, 2011 Posted November 19, 2011 Not only are the Qataris a bunch of anti-democratic oligarchs, but their flag looks a bit too claret for Rovers fans to be waving
Ozz Posted November 19, 2011 Posted November 19, 2011 How about everyone taking a Rovers flag and getting behind the team eh?
daveoftherovers Posted November 19, 2011 Posted November 19, 2011 Mike Hall from ITV news has put it on twitter although he got the day wrong mikehallitv Mike Hall Blackburn Rovers owners Venkys WILL attend Sunday's match against Wigan. They're arriving over the weekend #rovers #Venkys Knowing these bunch of clowns they probably are going on the wrong day, muppets!

OhmiBRFC Posted November 19, 2011 Posted November 19, 2011 I also saw one flag. I was about 10 rows above it!!! That was mine.
roverwhelmed Posted November 19, 2011 Posted November 19, 2011 I had one too. I didn't hold it up during the game though.
47er Posted November 20, 2011 Posted November 20, 2011 I had one too. I didn't hold it up during the game though. Why?
roverwhelmed Posted November 20, 2011 Posted November 20, 2011 Why? I held it up before and after. During the game I got behind the team, and didn't want to risk antagonising people as there were extremely opposing views in my immediate vicinity. As it was, fighting fans fell on me and I was intimidated by that tbh. At the end quite a few fans were showing support for it though.
thenodrog Posted November 20, 2011 Posted November 20, 2011 I had one too. I didn't hold it up during the game though. 'Will nobody rid us of these turbulent priests'?
Hughesy Posted November 20, 2011 Posted November 20, 2011 That was mine. The same lads that it up most of the game?? To the right of the goals, around Row O? The same lad who asked me If I had a problem at the end of the game or If I had anything to say?
philipl Posted November 20, 2011 Posted November 20, 2011 'Will nobody rid us of these turbulent priests'? I don't think we want the same outcome as the last time those words were used. Besides which the VEnky's came over with their very own goon security guards. All credit to the Wigan Directors for telling Balaji his American gorillas in their wrap round shades were not welcome in their board room.
