Well all I can is from the owners point of view he deserves it. I have no idea what the hell is going on but from what I can see and the little they tell us I can now only think that Venky's, for whatever reason, completely want to ruin our club, Kean has done tremendously well to help that happen.

I just don't know what to think anymore, this doesn't make sense in any way shape or form, as Kamy said there is no way Kean would have signed a new deal that was in any way putting him in a worse position so it can only be improved terms, other than the team colours (Thankfully Venky's seem to be Blue otherwise that would soon probably get changed too) and the logo what is left of our club?

There really are no words to explain this whole situation over the past year, it gets more bizarre by the second, you get to a point where you think it can't get much worse and then it inevitably does. I don't think Kean will ever be sacked by Venky's, as long as they are here he'll be in charge, regardless of results or what league we are in.

That "statement" is a total and utter embarrassment.

Also there is no way that Kean would agree to any deal that made it easier for Venky's to sack him or one that disadvantages him in anyway.

To me that statement is a total fudge, they got caught out by the information leaking out at the wrong time and have tried to fudge the issue by releasing a statement like that.

I know I'm clutching at straws, but are there a possibility that Kean has signed a contract that will give him a pay raise and a lower sack clause with a clause which wouldnt count until he have played lets say five games. And if this was signed a few weeks ago that will leave three games(?) to get too X amount of points? Mabe all his bull got to his head and he started beliving himself that he is a manager..

Today is a very sad day when even the biggest "fence sitters" must now truly realise the terrible state the club is in under the ownership of Venkys

Offering Kean a revised deal is a big kick in the teeth and there now appears no going back.....we are doomed !

As a fan of 30 years I have never ever doubted my love and loyalty to BRFC.... but I am now seriously considering the reasons why I should renew my season ticket....and I cannot think of any right now !

I'm sure Glen has good sources of information, but I don't believe that this is the case, maybe the brothers are inclined to sack him but he retains Mrs D's support. That is all he needs.

Now that I have calmed down worst, day since the club went down under Kidd (would love if he was manager now). This is easily the most depressing day I hav had supporting rovers. We are now doomed and there is no way back. I refuse to spend even one cent/penny on that waste of skins wages. I have never ever hated anyone more.

Venky's must have a six-month plan, like some mentioned to me last night. So, that means Kean will be fired in six months (next May, when we're relegated) because of what is happening right now!

It's astonishingly poor business! These people have made an empire like this?! It's simply amazing how they've managed to be successful with such laughable business sense!

These people have not built an empire,their daddy built the empire then handed it to his already spoilt kids.

Without doubt the Indian empire has great(non family) business brains within it, no doubt these brains are very happy that the spoilt kids have their BRFC toy to play with which keeps them away from ###### things up in the chicken empire.
