[Archived] Kean seals new Blackburn deal

Recommended Posts

Who was it on here that knew a local ref who said that if Kean is given a new contract the ref would ask the FA to investigate?

I personally think its time to get a fund going to hire a private detective to dig into Keans activities on and off the pitch

Rovers will be around allot longer than Mr Kean or even Venkys.

For the first time ever I'm starting to question whether this will actually be the case. The turn of events really stinks, and I'm not sure it's down to incompetence.

Sometimes you have one of those bad dreams where something very sad is happening but you just can't come out of it. Thats how I feel right now.

I'm torn between feeling upset at what has happened to our club and absolute fury towards Kean, the Raos and the agents involved.

This suggested 'reward' for Kean makes me want no involvement with Rovers until the regime is changed. I think of the fixture against Stoke and couldn't care less about it right now.

That's going to be expensive but desparate times.... I would be willing to make a contribution.

Part of me wants to say (Please don't use that word again) them and never go again but the other part of me thinks should stay and ramp up these protests.

If any other protest planned I would suggest cutting out the club and the police. I am in a blind rage right now and I’m sure I will calm down eventually but at this moment in time I’m thinking full scale disorder, pitch invasions after the game, burning venky banners or venkys themselves, attacking Steve Kean, sit ins that aren‘t dictated by the club. But as we all know with the level of apathy amongst most fans we will just have to bend over and take it in the arse.

Gutted.

I will not believe this nonsense until I see it on the official website ..It is in my opinion Nixon stirring it up ...

If it is true ,then Venkys are passed caring and relegation is certain ..They will then have a fire sale of players recoup their outlay and sell the club to anybody who wants it for a neglible amount ...

Words cannot explain the level of anger l'm feeling right now.

This is wrong on so many levels, especially in the current economical climate where good honest people who are actually good at what they do are losing their jobs. This decision is mindblowingly arrogant and illjudged.

I hope Steve Kean receives a warm welcome from the Ewood massive at the Swansea match.

By "warm welcome", I mean being peppered with tomatoes, cabbage, lettuce and rotten eggs.

That is a briliant idea!

:tu: Go for it!!

I think we all hate Kean (especially right now, today), and the only way of physically hurt him without violence (which is wrong of course) is things like that!

Firstly I am disgusted and furious at this decision, I seriously cannot believe that the club I love and support is in such a state.

Some food for thought... IF the deal has been signed and IF it was done a couple of weeks ago as some people have said and IF Venky's were shocked at the anger of the fans on Saturday with Balaji reportedly saying 'we will sort it out' then there might be still some cause for optimism.

I realise that is a LOT of IFs in that statement and I am clutching at the last few remaining straws here but I do believe its a possibility...

Hold up, it does'nt happen often but my brain has sparked up something....... Maybe if Venky's were going to sell the club it would be nice to reward golden boy a nice payoff for the new owners to pay.

I know, i'm clutching at straws here but really, is there any other reason?

Another thing springs to mind aswell, so the two brothers were angry at the way they were spoke to at the game and it's rumoured Kean is going to get the chop but they have to ok it with Mr's D.....was'nt she the one who was'nt having anything to do with the club anymore??

It was only a week ago that they all wanted to sell but Balaji would'nt is there anything this dysfunctional family can agree on?

feel sick, I don't care anymore I have better things to do then this, fact are we will go down, and he will not be sacked, what can we do about it nothing just watch people that care get assaulted.

I don't enjoy supporting Blackburn anymore, Kean ruined this connection for me, dam nightmare.

we have 3 season tickets on direct debit, just cancelled them with my bank, bye bye venkys

Be careful with that. Unfortunately your contract is with the finance company, not the club, and they could take legal action.
