My guess on that is that Hoillet has already agreed to go somewhere. Of course that club will have told him at all costs do not get injured, thus he isn't going to give his all. I fully expect him to go in January, and my guess is that Venkys have already agreed a fee somewhere. Samba will be off aswell after finding himself a new agent. If he finds a club in the next few weeks, you might see that Hamstring tightening up again before the end of December.

Strange situation being a manager of anything. You can be as matey as you want, but if you don't get respect off your staff, you're doomed to failure. A little bit of Fear of a manager is what players need. That thought in the back of their mind that if said player doesn't give 100%, the manager is waiting in the changing room.

Take that theory as far back in your life as you like e.g. when I was at school, I always did the homework for teachers I was scared of, not the ones who you were mates with.

And I have heard rumours that the more experienced players can't stand Kean e.g. Robbo, Samba etc. I could certainly understand it, they will have no respect for him whatsoever
