I don't think anyone from East Lancs has ever wasted a pie

If it hits the imposter square in the chops it won`t be! :tu:

Disclaimer:just for clarification I do not encourage anybody to throw mince pies at anybody and wish to deter anybody from such savage acts..... ;)

Gallacher on Sky Sports saying that the fans have got behind the players and have supported them well. He also said that it's Kean they've reserved their anger for.

He said he's sure the fans will get behind the team at Ewood tonight as they always have. It's just if we go a goal down he fears the fans may start to chant for Kean to be removed.

I'm glad people have started talking some sense!

But why has it taken so long?? This is something I dont understand, why now the shift against Kean, it was only the other week Gally was papping some pro Kean stuff.

There has been some very strange stuff going on this week in the media, it's like they know something is coming, the only problem is that Mr's D will be watching Mahabharat not Sky Sports.

After the Yakubu high five palava, I said to those worrying that Kean has now got the media on his side, 'just wait till we lose a couple'.

And just like that he's a figure of ridicule again, goldfish the lot of them, plus now the tide has turned big time, they don't want to look foolish by backing the cretin.

gallagher also said we have been singing christmas songs with kean's name on the end, then he added which was good, what does he think we have been singing about his fellow scot to make people think they were nice positive songs? 'all i want for christmas is steve kean as manager'?

The 'just wait' comments are hard to take when we don't have time for waiting any longer. Eventually a clown like Kean was always going to get found out, but he really hasn't been under much pressure compared to if he was manager for one of the media favourites.

How long did it take for Ramos to get the boot a few years ago?

The press didn't mess around there

Correct. And imagine how long Ince would have stayed under the current regime as well. Only a proper chairman saved us on that occasion.

Let's see how much the fans really want Kean out.

Yellow shirts, boos and the odd half arsed chant isn't enough. If that's the best that can be mustered then we deserve to keep him

I'm not there so it's easy to pass judgement, but what are you doing protest wise LeChuck?

Fair point. I just can't believe how muted it is.

CryerRovers Andrew Cryer

Wow. Never heard a noise like it against a manager. REo Coker makes it 2-0 and Kean out chants

I think a stand out protest is now needed. NO1 buy tickets and stand outside the stadium protesting while the games are going niow, we are now relegated so we are not risking anything.

Hear, hear.

Protest? What protest? All you can hear is Bolton fans. Going down without a whimper - and I don't mean the players.

In all my years following Rovers and football in general I have never heard the like of last night's anti Kean and Venkys protests. I don't know, nor care, how it came across on TV and radio but the message was cascading down the stands all night. - even from that hot bed of rebellion the JW upper!!!!

It's clear both are finished at Ewood Park. Sadly though so is Blackburn Rovers, we will be VERY fortunate if a club still exists to support next season.

It came across pretty loud and clear on TV, the commentators even kept mentioning it. Apparently it was loud and clear on the radio as well but I only watched it on ahem sky.

To be honest, it sounded like nothing so much as a football club collectively spitting it's dummy out that it no longer has a sugar daddy to keep it from the real world.

It was a night when the myth of a well run family club was finally nailed. The well-run bit was always the most amusing, as the club amassed debts and was bailed out every year by a widely criticised Trust (regrets?). Then the family club bit dies a death as the watching football world sees a stadium full of spoilt brats - very few of whom had even an interest in football before Jersey Jack offered them the chance to arrogantly revel in their false position - throwing a tantrum at how unfair it all is.

Well suck it up guys. We'll wave to you as you pass through the tried and tested Championship & Administration route. PNE and Rochdale await in League One if you're still around then.

If you're waiting for sympathy from the national media and fellow fans, you'll be waiting a good while.

Can you name many football clubs not operating with a loss? There aren't many.

When owners stop putting money in for transfers is when it gets frustrating, because under the Trust many saw us going one way, albeit not as fast as with our current owners Venky's. We sold Damien Duff and Roque Santa Cruz for £17m and £18m respectively, little of that was reinvested and instead used to cover debts. Duff was a product of our own academy and Roque cost £3.5 from Bayern Munich. I can name more but engaging in a keyboard war against someone with six fingers is pretty pointless.

Thank you for your words of encouragement. I would have thought more dingles would have jumped at the chance to fly a banner over Ewood or such, but I guess you're not in such a great state yourself.

I see the schools have broken up.

I'd temper that amusement a little Samantha, Bumley aren't quite in a position to throw stones just now, and you are very likely to end up banned.
