Thankyou to the 30+ who gathered outside to protest. There were more police than us which is shocking. The sooner we go bust the better. The parasites will then move on.

KEAN OUT ANDERSON OUT.

Would I be right in thinking the protests have now fizzled out? The promised meetings with the club have at best been postponed but in reality I suspect the club will avoid any meeting. Protesting supporters have been tarred by the media and the manager has even questioned whether or not protesters are Rovers fans.

Seems to me the club have actually managed to ride out the whole protest thing quite well. Given there's unlikely to be any improvement in communication or a change in manager it seems the club have won this battle sand all our protestations have fallen on deaf ears.

Won? Won what exactly? In breaking the promises made to Glen, the only thing the club has managed to do is demonstrate that it is owned or staffed by out right liars. Destroying the last shreds of one's credibility is hardly "winning".

I think the ManU result tempered the fans rage, in that they stayed in control hoping for a positive result against Stoke in the hopes we could fight our way out of the relegation zone. Despite good behavior from the fans, Kean still failed to deliver. I suspect that the next few matches will demonstrate that Venkys and Kean haven't come close to lancing the boil their lies and exaggerations have engendered and what has gone in the past will seem like a walk in the park compared to what is to come.

Which is a shame. A bit of honesty, a bit of effort, and Venkys would have had the fans firmly onside despite the relegation battle. They blew it big time.

Shocking attitude from a 'fan'

Why? What good is it doing?

If nothing is done by the fans then the owners will def do nothing.

The time to stop protesting is when the owners/board start taking positive action (sack kean, bring in CEO etc)

You would be surprised how many actually feel this way. It is no longer 'our club', there is no affinity with club, no relationship with club, no communication and we've even seen most of the the players failing to acknowledge supporters in many recent matches. Supporters are now voting with their feet (see Stoke attendance with cheap seats & on Bank Holiday). Next season, IMO, with Kean & Venky's here, if in PL, ST sales will be down <10k, if in Championship down to <5k and finally, worst scenario, there wuill be no club at all.

Why? What good is it doing?

You must be joking. Give these, what I consider, morons free reign and goodness know what would have happened.

Not sure when the penny will finally drop with you but many, many supporters think the last rites are close for our club.

What do you suggest the fans should do then Hughesy? Quitely let us slide to relegation and perhaps administration?

Thats what going to happen unless the fans have some big money to buy the club and then put more in to purchase players.

Why drag it out on some non caring Indian owners and a ###### football agent, just pull the plug now and regrow for the better.

What have they done so far?

It has highlighted that the fans are aware that the club is going down a very dire route.

In any normal situation at any other club there would have been changes by now.

If it takes more protests for the Venkys to respond and do the right thing then more protests are required.

I promise you stopping the protests only make kean happy and does nothing for anyone else.

He will go on and use it as a sign of " I have won the fans over they can now see what we are trying to achieve......"

Can you not see that the more you protest. The more venkys will dig their heals in. The protests are a complete waste of time. Mrs D does not allow herself to be dictated to. She sees the protests as people dictating to her.

Truth is, there us NOTHING fans can.do to force venkys to change things.

Stop playing the straight bat and say what you would do FFS

Jackson, grow a pair lad. Im not supporting Venkys/ Kean or anyone concerned with them, im talking about the protests.

Support the team 100% during games (Like United, like Liverpool away), protest outside the ground AFTER the game......Not before and not during.

All these planned protests etc should be aimed at Venkys if you want to hurt them. To do that you need to do it India, whether its by a fly over at a big cricket match, or a billboard in Pune. Doing it here is getting nowhere and is simply causing tension amongst fans.

Some say they wont be getting tickets next year if they are still here and Kean is in charge, well im afraid the protestors are also having that impact on some fans too.

Hopefully hurting the deluded woman who thinks she is god, both in the pocket and reputation, most certainly her reputation is now being classed by many as that of an idiot, and hopefully making them realise they must take action and quickly by either 'putting up' 'shutting up' or getting out, hopefully the latter!

So there's about 3 not going because of protests, and 4500 not going (now, and set to increase) because Kean and Venkys are here.

There were no protests in the last home game and we came off the back of a historic win at Old Trafford. Yet the gate was low. Oh and we lost too!

I think the fans got behind the team against Stoke and that worked out really well. There were no protests at United and Anfield because there were so few Rovers fans there. I've never seen so few Rovers fans at either ground in all the time I've been supporting the Rovers. The biggest protest seems to be that the supporters are voting with their feet and staying away. It will be interesting to see how many of us are at Newcastle on Saturday. My guess is precious few.

And here in lies the rub, how many fans will we be left with once this sorry saga reaches a conclusion? Relegation is a very very strong possibility and if we keep losing fans will we have the basis to fund ourselves in the championship, were ticket money really counts?

I still cling to the hope that the trust will intercede once we are down (cheaper to buy) and will look to restablish Jack's legacy. But this hope is based purely on how I would act in preserving the memory of the man I owed everything I have too.
