Clitherover Posted November 24, 2011 Posted November 24, 2011 Great!, another ''future prospect'' just what we need.
OhmiBRFC Posted November 24, 2011 Posted November 24, 2011 We can all see what Kean is trying to do here whilst building for the future and I am positive we will start getting the points that we deserve soon. After all he is a very nice man.
chris Posted November 24, 2011 Posted November 24, 2011 he will be the 2015 'league 2' top goal scorer for us. I can see what Kean means about fans can see how great the future is under him.
koi Posted November 24, 2011 Posted November 24, 2011 Reminds Kean of a young George Best I've heard.
chris Posted November 24, 2011 Posted November 24, 2011 Kean a commented on this: "people say points are the most important thing but if it was all about points, players like Tim Payne would not develop, we will put him straight in the team, because we want the fans to see the future at Blackburn and what we are trying to build here"
ruggles1995 Posted November 24, 2011 Posted November 24, 2011 Kean a commented on this: "people say points are the most important thing but if it was all about points, players like Tim Payne would not develop, we will put him straight in the team, because we want the fans to see the future at Blackburn and what we are trying to build here" He wont play 1 game this season, and we will eventually sell him on when he eventually gets a game in the championship next season for us and get like 5 million for him, because we are STILL a selling club.
Ferrit Posted November 24, 2011 Posted November 24, 2011 We can all see what Kean is trying to do here whilst building for the future and I am positive we will start getting the points that we deserve soon. After all he is a very nice man. Made me chuckle. Bravo.
donnermeat Posted November 24, 2011 Posted November 24, 2011 Part of the 'elite development squad' no doubt. Always sounds proper bulls***ty to me does that phrase, I cringe when I hear it. Especially when Kean says it.
LeChuck Posted November 24, 2011 Posted November 24, 2011 Part of the 'elite development squad' no doubt. Always sounds proper bulls***ty to me does that phrase, I cringe when I hear it. Especially when Kean says it. Is that a phrase he's actually used?
miqaayil Posted November 24, 2011 Posted November 24, 2011 Buy cheap and young .... sell expensive policy .... well at work
Devon Rover Posted November 24, 2011 Posted November 24, 2011 I do wish the lad luck and hope he has a bright future with Rovers. However I dont think I've ever been more disinterested in a Rovers transfer due to the bigger issues at the club and our apparant transfer strategy focussing on good prospects for the future (ie of no use to us in our current situation).
Stonesrick Posted November 24, 2011 Posted November 24, 2011 Is that a phrase he's actually used? Yes he did...and this is the elite development squad (previously known as the Ressies) that have yet to win a game this season! (Although in fairness they did beat Curzon Ashton, Harrogate Town and Chorley in pre-season friendlies)
donnermeat Posted November 24, 2011 Posted November 24, 2011 Is that a phrase he's actually used? I'm sure I heard him say it somewhere. If I'm wrong then fair enough but I know I have heard it somewhere. Ugghh I hate the phrase, whoever coined it. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/b/blackburn_rovers/9382967.stm Don't know if link will work as I am on my phone. He said it when we signed Rochina. Again, ugghh.
Makey11 Posted November 24, 2011 Posted November 24, 2011 all down to nelsen this one! he got him the trial and has been looking after him whilst he been over here. At least one person at rovers cares about the club!!!
Alan75 Posted November 24, 2011 Posted November 24, 2011 http://www.lancashiretelegraph.co.uk/sport/football/blackburn_rovers/news/9382840.Blackburn_Rovers_land_New_Zealand_wonder_kid_Tim_Payne/#commentsform Good news I hope. Wonder how much influence Nelsen had? To answer your question LINK Nelsen has committed to taking the Waitakere United and Sacred Heart College player under his wing, even opening his home for the duration of the trial.
Majiball Posted November 24, 2011 Posted November 24, 2011 Is that a phrase he's actually used? Yes, it's the new term for the reserves that most 'top' teams have adopted. My link Man City Elite development squad take on Stockport reserves, Mmmm how very elite.
Moderation Lead K-Hod Posted November 24, 2011 Moderation Lead Posted November 24, 2011 Part of the 'elite development squad' no doubt. Always sounds proper bulls***ty to me does that phrase, I cringe when I hear it. Especially when Kean says it. I cringe every time I hear Kean speak!
Backroom Tom Posted November 24, 2011 Backroom Posted November 24, 2011 I see no problem with it, I'm certainly not going to try and find the negative in a situation that isn't outwardly so, we have enough dread as it is
Baz Posted November 24, 2011 Posted November 24, 2011 I read somewhere he was tipped to be in the first team by the end of the season. I'm just not sure that fills me with dread or optimism....
allanncd Posted November 25, 2011 Posted November 25, 2011 I'm sure he'll be a great success. Like Jordan Slew, Myles Anderson, Bruno Ribeiro.......
