MG.Road, as a preliminary matter let me say thank you, if you are who you say you are. If more Venkys/Raos/Desais engaged in the fans as you are doing, the owners would be in a marginally better position vis-a-vis the fans. It would not be a massive change, as this is a results business, but they would have more respect as human beings at least. I would have +1'd your post but I've exceeded my daily quota.

As to the points:

1. This is the major factor as to why hatred is rising in relation to Venkys. If you can't walk the walk, don't talk the talk. Kean's record is abysmal. He is a failure by every objective standard. The only reason I can determine that he is still in a job is the BS which spews from his mouth. If Venkys can't see what every fan with an ounce of sense knows, at first we doubted their sense and now we're doubting their honesty.

It's gotten to the point that if Kean won 12 in a row a significant portion of the fan base still wouldn't accept him as his personal behavior (or that of the club's) have violated every rule of good manners (labeling them a minority, egging them on after matches, inciting counter-protests) and civic liberty (banning protests, turning the stewards into mini-tyrants). Not only is Kean a failure on a professional level, the view appears to be that he is a contemptible human being. Venkys cannot begin to repair matters with the fans without him being shown the door.

2. I think this must be on Venkys' shoulders. Rovers are a PL club. Normally speaking, managers would be lined up around the block applying for the position. If there are no takers, I suspect Venkys needs to take a hard look at the terms and conditions they are demanding of potential replacements.

3. Forward progress. Dialogue will build consensus, 90% of the time.

4. Why was this left blank? Is there someone within Venkys who insists on meddling? And is this the reason they can't get an accomplished professional to replace Kean? Successful managers are like successful players, with egos as large as mountains. They won't tolerate being dictated to, it's their way or the highway. And frankly, a business oriented owner shouldn't have it any other way.

M.G. Road---accepting you at face value, perhaps you could answer this for me please. You've accepted that we almost certainly won't be in the Premier League next season. Do the Raos realise this? Have they any idea of the financial implications?

Just supposing they could get their act together, would they bother? Would they make the enormous financial and emotional commitment necessary to get us back up?

Or would they write us off? Its easy to say "we are committed to Blackburn Rovers for the long-term" but are they really? Transfer dealings have not supported that proposition thus far........

I have no idea where the cash is coming from (not my dept). But I do know they’ve spent quite a bit of time and money setting up the training academies. I do know of sites set for these grounds which cost in the millions.

I honestly believe they had no idea about the Qatar thing. The only way they could've met with the family to make the offer without myself or anybody else knowing about it would've been over the phone. So why would they make the offer over the telephone if they were in Pune anyway? The family are surrounded by secretaries, PA, security etc etc 24/7. NOBODY has come into contact with anybody making an offer on the club. It's possible that the Qataris mentioned something to somebody who mentioned it to some body else (etc) who eventually said something to one of the family members informally... but that's about as close as an offer ever came to being.

As Balaji said to one of the fans who approached him at halftime during the Wigan game, "There is no offer. It's all bullsh*t".

I am a mid/upper level Venky's staffer. I'm not going to tell you exactly who I am as it would get me fired due to my opinions on how Rovers are being run (And for breaching my contract regarding privacy).

I've posted private comments to some of the members on this board giving details of certain events which I believe only somebody within the company would know of. That's as far as I'm willing to go in regards to revealing my authenticity.

I'm not employed to monitor these forums (I've tried to post on several other threads but I don't get online much and some of them are locked before I get the chance).

My sole aim here is to weed out the bulls*it from the truth so that you all don't waste your time shouting/talking/protesting things which are media lies (ie Qatari offers), rumors & speculation (asset stripping).

I can't tell any of the family that I would personally like to see SK removed, but I have mentioned to one of the brothers on several occasions that the fans who want him out are NOT in the minority.

As for Venky's leaving... Forget it. They've invested way to much cash in projects surrounding the club to leave. And any offer made by a potential buyer would have to reflect this (It would be cheaper to buy a championship club and promote them).

I have no reason to doubt you, I just wish you could offer us a way of getting through to the family the hurt and pain Rover supporters are experiencing, we have Balaji stating 'dont worry, we will do the right thing and less than a week afterwards, Keans on a new contract, it sounds ever so dodgy, the Raos may or may not be a nice family, I can only assess them in what they have done to our football club and the constant lies we as supporters have been told, we simply must get rid of Steve Kean, even if it meant putting a couple of senior pros such as Salgado/Nelsen and the like in charge until the end of the season, at the worst they would be better than Kean, there are managers who would take us on but they would have to be allowed to manage the club and not trekking over to Pune every month. The club has to have a chairman or Cheif Exec here at Ewood Park, he is the decision maker and the manager reports to him, so my four point plan to get us out of the mire is this,

A chairman in place at Ewood who knows and understands the Premier League

Remove Kean and Anderson

Appoint a new manager (or caretaker until such time as the right man could be found)

Remove Paul Agnew and allow proper communications with the supporters, they deserve so much more

Tbh I read enough drivel and PR in the papers daily from Kean and Venkys. I really don't think any off us need to read more of it on message boards. Venkys have broke this club, and no amount of brown tongue is gonna change that.

They know what needs to be done and have delibrately chosen not to, they are a joke. They know what the supporters want, and have known for months what needed to be done Re communication. I see little point in calling out the fire brigade to something which is already a pile of ashes through their distruction,

I have lost count the amount of emails and calls I have made to both Ewood Park and Venkys will no response, The only response we do get, is a whole lot of obstacles being put in our way to prevent us having a freedom of speech.

And I hope you bosses wake up, smell the coffee, adjust to the culture, etc. or whatever else is needed to give them the perspective and knowledge that they need to change course now.

I personally think it is too late for our PL status to be perserved, but I'm not a world class manager. One of the big guns may be able to turn things around and would save Venkys tens of millions of £s in lost revenue which is looming on the horizon.

Also, while posting an image of an office could be the key, if you where the search "office" into google images, youll retrieve hundreds of thousands of different images of different offices. That too therefore isnt the answer.

So what is the answer?

If he works in a Venkys office he will have a computer. In any multi million pound company, these offices will have a log in to use system. An image of their log in page would be decent evidence which wouldnt give anyone away. The name of the programme will be a huge give away about whether its a cheap programme that could easily be torrented, or even worse, freeware. Venkys will be using high quality, expensive programmes.

Someone gets the postcode of the Venkys offices in Pune. From there, we decide on a road near too their offices. This road will have a street name, i assume roads in Pune do? (otherwise, i suggest a famous landmark in Pune) If he was genuine, it would be very easy for him to print the rovers badge onto A4 paper, and take a picture of the badge stuck to the sign.

Now unless one of these two tasks is complete, id be very careful what you believe. None of them compromise his/her position. None of them take more than 30 minutes of his/her time.

MG Road, taking you at face value, one of your points in answer to steve moss is a little concerning to me.

You say JA is 99% of the problem but question if there is another credible agent who could take his place. We don't need an agent to take his place. We need a senior management team, based in blackburn, who are trusted to make decisions.

If the Rao's are not prepared to do that then they have only two more options; take control themselves and dedicate significantly more time and effort to the club than they have been, or sit back, carry on and watch the club fail.

They seem from this perspective to be favouring the last option.

What evidence is there that Venkys have any interest in listening to good advice or opening a channel to hear the supporter’s opinions and fears.

If MG does work for Venkys he wants to consider becoming very bad at his job and underperforming on a consistent basis. Venkys will surely look at rewarding him by increasing his salary, as they have recently demonstrated.
