I think we did well, Cardiff are in the top 2 teams in the country and we had players out and only conceded two, we can take positives from that.

Their keeper must have made 7 or 8 top saves and on another day we win that game comfortably.

You'd make a great stand-up comedian; a brilliant impressionist.

Actually you're better than Mystic Meg.

Youve mastered Keanspeak perfectly there.

All I want is all three of the owners to explain why Kean is employed at our football club, just one reason is all they need to give.

The only reason they could give would be cost of sacking him but they already said money is no problem.

New contract fully earned tonight

It would be good, but it will never happen because they can't give a genuine reason as to why.

Three years from now we'll be watching AFC Rovers of Blackburn at Griffin if these buffoons are still in charge.

Everyone make sure you're at the Swansea game and make life as uncomfortable as hell for Venky's and Kean.

It's the only way - protest like never before although I don't think anyone needs telling this time. It'll happen anyway.

We're a (please don't use that word again) disgrace.

That result is a relief frankly as a victory would have given Kean some breathing space.

You have to wonder just when Venky's nerve will crack - relegation from Premier League ? Relegation from Championship ? Relegation from League 1 ? Relegation from League 2 ?

Irrespective of pride, there must be a line in the sand that would be considered unacceptable.....where do we think it is ? (serious question BTW)

At what point does "Kean's a nice bloke who works long hours" become "er.....Balaji....we might just have dropped one here" ?

Saturday is fast becoming a huge huge day for the club. On the one hand, by some miracle, Kean might actually get it right and we somehow secure a win that firmly secures his position for another week...

However, as 99% of us will probably predict, if Swansea play us off the park and beat us comfortably - I hope Kean and Venkys get the maximum abuse from all sides, Supporters, Media, Corporate Sponsors etc....

They both deserve it for what they've done to our club. Our emotional connection with Rovers is dying fast and I can only see ugly scenes at Ewood on Saturday if things are going wrong on the pitch.

Trouble is, our club isn't "our club" anymore.

The owners wouldn't know what to do even if they sack him.

The whole shambles is a nightmare and I cannot see an end to it, Kean or no Kean.

"We're disappointed. We've got a big game in Wales at the weekend against Swansea so we made a few changes."

Does he not even realise the game is at Ewood?

was just about to post that - its on bbc website

Blackburn manager Steve Kean: "We're disappointed. We've got a big game in Wales at the weekend against Swansea so we made a few changes

I say we dont tell him.

I guess he hopes its in Wales rather than at home, because the reception he is going to get at Ewood on Saturday wont be a pleasant one I would imagine! :tu:

They do deserve it and it should not be dependant on being beaten comfortably by Swansea. The protests planned, and even moreso spontaneous protests, should proceed whatever happens on Saturday. What this club has been reduced to over the last 12 months means the owners and management deserve everything directed at them from before the match onwards. We are bottom of the league and have just been knocked out of a cup competition by lower league (but not inferior) opposition- its a terrible self-inflicted situation. So disappointed this evening but not at all surprised at the result. I hope Saturday is the most uncomfortable day of Steve Kean's life.

Utterly embarrassed by what I've listened to on the radio tonight... to top it all off Bumley won 4-0 so I'm going to have to go to work in Dingleville tomorrow to a barrage of taunts & abuse of my beloved team.

Kean has no idea what he is doing, the players he has signed (or has been forced to take) aren't up to the job and the players that he inherited either don't want to play for him, or it just comes back to his ineptitude as a tactician.

Goodwillie = Not good enough (although he works hard)

Petrovic = Awful

Rochina = Not strong enough & doesn't work hard enough

Formica = Not strong enough & not clever enough to be able to influence a game

(although Rochina & Formica have bags of ability... they're not relegation scrap players!!!)

Of the others that were on the pitch, Givet was OK at fullback a couple of years ago, but perhaps his lack of pace is more apparent these days, Jason Lowe gets too exposed by the lack of cover & Pedersen has given the ball away so much in the last 2 games that he might as well have been an extra man for the opposition.

The only player in tonights team that I harbour any hope for is Scott Dann, but he's been pretty poor since he's been here, so that is slowly going by the wayside!!!

We have been outplayed tonight, but Kean will find the positives, "final 3rd penetration count" is one I heard tonight... It's no good getting near the opposition box if you can't score a goal or find the final pass, even if we could, we can't defend for toffee so it's pointless anyway. You can look at stats all you want, but it's not a sales team in a call centre where you just look at reports and praise the good performance & discipline the poor.

Big decisions have to be made by our non-existent board before its too late!!!

Actually forget that... IT IS TOO LATE!!!!

Thanks for wrecking our club Venkys, Anderson & Kean... BLOODY W**KERS!!!
