[Archived] Protest for the TRUTH.

I'm Pround of the efforts of Glenn and co over the past few months. It's been good to find that there are Rovers fans as passionate about the future of our club as I am.

NOW after protests against Kean and Venkys, perhaps it's time that the topic of the protests changes to the fans wanting the TRUTH.

No manager of any other PL club would still be in charge with Steve Kans record. It's becoming very obvious that there something much more dark, serious and crooked going on behind the scenes at BRFC.

Steve Kean obviously has some kind of hold over the "owners", have they fronted for someone else to buy the club? Why have they not sold to other interested investors? Is Kean involved with some outside party? All conspiracy of course but WE ALL KNOW something is not right... Something underhand has occurred or is occurring... Something beyond the figures of hate in Steve Kean and Venkys, who I feel are merely the surface of the problem.

Personally, I think it's time to protest for the TRUTH. I feel we need to get the media and F.A. attention smoke out what exactly is going on at BRFC.

Would like to know what you all feel and particularly the protestors feel about this approach.... It just an idea I thought I'd share.

I dream of getting Venky's out, with them goes Kean - let there be no doubt about that. So I think that's what the protests should continue to be about as well.

As for the TRUTH, I think it's a bit naive to think that they would reveal everything or anything should there be grim happenings surrounding the club.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not expecting the TRUTH to be revealed, although i'd be delighted if it did. The purposes is to merely pressure them into either selling up, or running the club properly by suggesting that we suspect that they have done something improper. It may scare the "owners" into thinking that they have to get on the side of the fans or face some kind of inquest into possible improper dealings.

I don't want us to force our efforts of hate at Steve Kean when he clearly is too thick skinned to care. I just feel we may get better results at protesting for the root of the problem.

If the pressure is increased enough the V's will prob sack Kean as an effort to save themselves. That has to be the first goal then when the protest continue they may well follow the useless idiot out the door.

They may keep backing him but once they realise that everything he is saying is bull and that things are pretty much as bad as they could be then we will see. Its really on the media to put this pressure on them and its on us to keep protesting so the media have reason to put the pressure on.

I have to disagree. They won't sack him, if they had it in them, it would have happened by now. Kean has now become a figure of hate for the fans to abuse... He simply doesn't care. Efforts need to to be focused on the reasoning behind this.

If people dont think something underhand could happen to

our club need to wake up and go and watch CH4's "how to buy a football club". I feel this approach would frighten them to death.
