No it genuinely wasn’t - Strawberry Fields/Penny Lane was a double A (whatever happened to them?).

The Beatles released quite a few and actually The Jam themselves released three of them. The best Beatles B Side (in my opinion) was ‘Rain’.

It wasn't. I agree that Rain got a fair bit of airplay and promotion but it wasn't released as a double A record in the way that Day Tripper/We Can Work It Out, Strawberry Fields Forever/Penny Lane and others were.
