jim mk2 Posted December 20, 2011 Posted December 20, 2011 A draw- no good result for either side. Bolton to dominate most of the match. ...and Kean still in situ

Mike Graham Posted December 20, 2011 Posted December 20, 2011 I can't believe that I am choosing not to attend a local derby against the W@nkies, but that's how far I have been driven by this whole sorry saga. Hope we win, although I don't see how we can. Hope even more that it still means the end of Kean. KEAN OUT, VENKY'S OUT Ditto, even drove past Ewood but it did nowt for me. Kean out Venkys out Agnew dropped Abbey for Manager Pb will you come back if Kean goes? Maybe Tom. Although I have always said when the Venkys go.....but I am capable of eating humble pie!
Stuart Posted December 20, 2011 Posted December 20, 2011 Just at the ground now. I know it's an 8pm kick off but it's VERY quiet as things stand. Reminds me of the Newcastle cup match.
davulsukur Posted December 20, 2011 Posted December 20, 2011 Pretty nervous now, it would be just like us to balls this up. Even more so with Kean in charge.
beerwins Posted December 20, 2011 Posted December 20, 2011 Were gonna win and were gonna win easy, I base this on the fact that I said we were going to lose but the missus says i'm always wrong and ofc she is always right 2-0 Rovers. Hoillet 22 mins The Yak 67 mins.

KEAN OUT, VENKY'S OUT I am in the same boat ...season ticket holder 31 yrs and \i was there in 73 when Faz got the winner ...
Stuart Posted December 20, 2011 Posted December 20, 2011 Hoilett's warming up with the first team. Cue another injury.
Mike Graham Posted December 20, 2011 Posted December 20, 2011 I dread to think how many ST holder fail to attend. But as Agnew would spin "it is live on Sky"!
Amo Posted December 20, 2011 Posted December 20, 2011 Chances are we'll win this. Sad to say, but Kean always pulls it out the bag when the spotlight's on him. So with our defensive crisis, we only have young Henley on the bench but three strikers? What happened to Irwin and Smalling?
beerwins Posted December 20, 2011 Posted December 20, 2011 I think not playing Davies against Hanley is Coyle's first mistake and it's lucky for us because he would have given him a torrid time.
neophox Posted December 20, 2011 Posted December 20, 2011 Hanley plays, says it all.....he's the most terrible player I've seen in a Rovers shirt... Anyone at Ewood who can report on the spirit in the camp?
mjs Posted December 20, 2011 Posted December 20, 2011 I am in the same boat ...season ticket holder 31 yrs and \i was there in 73 when Faz got th winner ... So was I. Sad really isnt it.
LeChuck Posted December 20, 2011 Posted December 20, 2011 This is the team then: Blackburn: Robinson, Samba, Dunn, Formica, Pedersen, Nzonzi, Hoilett, Yakubu, Vukcevic, Hanley, Lowe No real surprises. Really annoys me when they line up the team in a random fashion on the site, why can't they do it order of position? I'd guess it's numeric order, but numbers mean nothing nowadays. Robinson; Lowe, Samba, Hanley, Pedersen; N'Zonzi, Dunn, Vukcevic, Hoilett, Formica; Yakubu I'd guess that, with Dunn and N'Zonzi deeper than the other three midfielders

BiggusLaddus Posted December 20, 2011 Posted December 20, 2011 Hanley plays, says it all.....he's the most terrible player I've seen in a Rovers shirt... Anyone at Ewood who can report on the spirit in the camp? No he really isn't. He's a young kid who is being thrown in at the deep end by a clueless manager when he's clearly not ready yet. Eased into the first team properly he might develop into a decent player. He's not Phil Jones, but that isn't his fault is it?
Kelbo Posted December 20, 2011 Posted December 20, 2011 And thus inadequate defensive cover on the wings As usual Bestie, if they attack down the flanks they will take us at will!!
Torgeir Posted December 20, 2011 Posted December 20, 2011 Hanley isn't ready. And our two fullbacks are natural midfielders. I think we'll have to score three to win, but our midfield and striker look good with Rochina as backup. How long will Dunn last though?
Backroom DE. Posted December 20, 2011 Backroom Posted December 20, 2011 Look at our defence... jesus christ. Hanley, Lowe and Pedersen...

As usual Bestie, if they attack down the flanks they will take us at will!! Yep.
Backroom DE. Posted December 20, 2011 Backroom Posted December 20, 2011 This already looks like a repeat of Sunderland. Ultra defence.
American Rover12 Posted December 20, 2011 Posted December 20, 2011 Salgado chants coming across loud and clear, and some strong Kean Outs. Edit : wow a lot of great chants coming over loud and proud. Hope it keeps
