Right i for one have had enough and ###### off with all the lies and bullshit!!!

It's time considering we are now like a rubber dingy with no oars for WHOEVEvER has the truth to stand up and put the the truth on the table .

Every week we here x filesesque rumours of being sold and no we ain't, he's being sacked no he ain't, we owe the n

Bank 10 million no we don't, Scottish gangsters no there's not , we can't sack him we got no money but we want big name player , we are gonna be relegated two divs no we ain't!!!! Etc eblooodyetc

My personal thought is I have no bleeding idea any more what the truth is and think with the club shagged like we are now who ever has proof of the truth needs to put it out there and let us then whatever the the result get on with it one way or another!!!!!!!

Btw I've not started this to discuss rumours or legal stuff but to try and understand truthfully WTF is going on !!!!

Abbey, there are so many rumours out there. I and many other journos have looked at all of them, I know for a fact that two high profile journos have spent weeks investigating each and every rumour and there is NO PROOF that any of these rumours are true. Now it is possible that the evidence exists somewhere but when you have so many investgative journalists look at them if there was something out there then it'd have been uncovered by now.

The fact is we are run from a distance by a bunch of novices who took advice from agents on buying a club and bout into a model of bring through the youth and sell at a profit. The fact that mrs d is refusing to sack KEAN shows how they have no experience in football - loyalty and ambition only go so far... They need to realise that they need a chairman on the ground who can pull the strings. I look at Preston and listen to risdale for the last 2 weeks and I am genuinely jealous that they have got him (even though I don't like what he did at Leeds). At least risdale is doing q&a sessions on the radio and setting a direction for the club by sacking the manager. In short - they have leadership now - we don't!

in my opinion everything seems pretty obvious, Venkys have NO money, they may have money but I dont think they have enough to run a football club. There simply coasting along a free ride for advertisment of there buisness by owning a premier league club. I dont know if i can see them selling WHEN we get relegated but i know any money they do put in will be as lttle as possible and it will come from tv and league finishing money not there own pockets. Dont expect a big name player and dont expect heavy investment because they simply cant afford it, there distancing themselves because they simply dont care for the fans they care for their buisness their brand, lets face it every1 now knows who Venkys are. Until the venkys are sold then dont expect any happiness at this football club, its all downhill, and the worst thing is once we are relegated it makes even harder to find new ownerss with big money as most want cheap premier league clubs, and we will be a championship club.

Guest Rovers4Good

The silence is deafening and all these reports and speculations are from owners who don't know anything about running a football club and also for not communicating.

They are 100% taking us down to the Championship but do they care? NO. :(

What about having a whip round and engaging a Private Intelligence Firm..?

There are plenty to choose from in London made up of ex-military intelligence, GCHQ etc. I use to work with some of these boys who had moved into doing information security, ethical hacking and social engineering for banks. Some of the stories!! Well if you want the truth these people can get it even from India but it will Cost.

What about the rumours about us being financially "effed"? Surely there is some substance in those?

But SOMEONE somewhere DOES!!!

'Fraid not. We can speculate using some facts.

Venky's have bought the club, but it looks increasingly likely they never had any intention of actually funding it.

We're currently £3m plus down on transfers, or someone is £3m up. But its actual whereabouts at the moment is unknown.

The owners appear to want to repay themselves, or already have, for the cost of their purchase, with a loan allocated to the club. This is quite legal but entirely wrong (see MUFC).

In effect they've bought the club on a mortgage using the club as collateral. It could end up costing them nowt or even giving them considerably more than they've put in - this seems highly likely.

They have mortgaged future revenues to Barclays for the last loan. But the bank - who are as guilty as anyone in this in my book-now have cold feet and without premiership TV income it appears we can't pay the loan.

We need at LEAST £10m to keep going by 31st December - or we go pop. Leeds, Portsmouth etc.

VJ is in the middle east trying to get £10m - this will keep us going but their is no transfere fund - we need another loan for that.

If the club goes pop, Venky's will already have their money back - and probably some more. Also the £24m they paid would be a reasonable yearly global advertising budget - so they've already had that for nothing.

There are exclusions that could be called on from the original deed of sale I posted on another thread. But it would take someone to try and enforce them, perhaps the Trust, and from what I remember of company law it could amount to a post contract exclusion - which is no exclusion, so it wouldn't count.

What's going on is completely immoral - but legal.

The saving grace to all this could be the really big problem. The need for finance - and Barclays appear to think is the problem - the increasing likelyhood that their is NOTHING LEFT TO BORROW AGAINST.

If that is the case the only way to get money from the Omani's is for VJ to promise them a share of the club. I suspect they would pick the club up at the moment for next to nothing and then we might see some real management and some cash.

Is anyone else concerned there are no reporters banging on the doors of Mrs Desai's palace trying to get a statement?

If they end up with a further £10m loan to keep the club going, then we'll be in administration within a year folks.

I'm a little surprised Sky have not got a say in some of this - it's more their product than anyone else's but I suppose we are making good TV - even if it is for the wrong reasons.
