Backroom Tom Posted January 2, 2012 Backroom Posted January 2, 2012 What worries me most is a win gives us a real chance of getting out of this with Fulham at home next. With that in mind we are bound to lose and mess it up. Kean has this knack of getting a result when HE needs it but then we mess up the rest of the time

alexanders Posted January 2, 2012 Posted January 2, 2012 Pumped up and ready for this! Give the Stoke illegitimates a real battle. Wanna see Nzonzi with a head bandage and some rough tackles ! COYB!
Colt Seavers Posted January 2, 2012 Posted January 2, 2012 2-2 draw for me, which I will kind of accept. Should line up like this Bunn Henley Samba Givet Olsson Rochina Petrovic Lowe Nzonzi Hoilett Yakubu Sit tight, soak it up and counter with the two wide men.
yeti-dog Posted January 2, 2012 Posted January 2, 2012 look, like others have said im exercising my consuner rights not to go, is it a crime? Of course it's not a crime but I just wonder how you're not able to get at least a little excited about the possibility of ending today wth 7 points from the last 3 games. After all, we've had precious little excitement recently!
magicalmortensleftpeg Posted January 2, 2012 Posted January 2, 2012 Hoilett and Olsson dont feature. Dunn is in for Rochina.
alexanders Posted January 2, 2012 Posted January 2, 2012 Hoilett and Olsson dont feature. Dunn is in for Rochina. So Nzonzi, Petrovic, Dunn in the middle of the park then. Sounds okay. Dunn seemed ready for it against Liverpool. The best game I've seen from him in a long time.
Exiled in Toronto Posted January 2, 2012 Posted January 2, 2012 No-one else given Rochina looked injured when he came off (and for quite a time before)
Ricky Posted January 2, 2012 Posted January 2, 2012 Happy with that team really, hopefully dunn will have quite a free role.
Backroom Tom Posted January 2, 2012 Backroom Posted January 2, 2012 Ah didn't realise rochina was injured, is Simon injured as well? I'd have ha Henley rb givet lb and Lowe in midfield before Dunn (if givet is fit)
Look4Me Posted January 2, 2012 Posted January 2, 2012 Blackburn: Bunn, Lowe, Samba, Hanley, Henley, Nzonzi, Formica, Dunn, Petrovic, Pedersen, Yakubu. Subs: Kean, Morris, Givet, Vukcevic, Rochina, Blackman, Goodwillie. Stoke: Sorensen, Woodgate, Shawcross, Huth, Wilson, Shotton, Whitehead, Whelan, Etherington, Crouch, Walters. Subs: Begovic, Jones, Diao, Pennant, Upson, Delap, Jerome
SergioPeter89 Posted January 2, 2012 Posted January 2, 2012 Ah didn't realise rochina was injured, is Simon injured as well? I'd have ha Henley rb givet lb and Lowe in midfield before Dunn (if givet is fit) They are not injured, just dropped.
roverandout Posted January 2, 2012 Posted January 2, 2012 yeti, i have one or two other reasons for not attending, but the main one is apathy
Backroom Tom Posted January 2, 2012 Backroom Posted January 2, 2012 Why is Blackman on the bench ahead of Slew yet he brought Slew on at weekend? Rotation system for reserve strikers Poor form for me if Dunn is back not due to injuries Delap on bench but Shotton has a longer throw
Backroom DE. Posted January 2, 2012 Backroom Posted January 2, 2012 Not happy with Dunn starting, but otherwise OK with the team staying basically the same. Not sure we have much choice.
sam_rovers Posted January 2, 2012 Posted January 2, 2012 Would have rather kept Rochina rather than Dunn. Rochina may not know when to pass but he remains an outlet that can relieve pressure on the defense.. Dunn on the other hand has been useless this whole season
Hekla Posted January 2, 2012 Posted January 2, 2012 I would have played Vukcevic in the centre over Dunn. Bizarre choice, his legs have gone.
chris Posted January 2, 2012 Posted January 2, 2012 Dunn against Liverpool, the ball was glued to his feet, thought he was excellent can't please everyone all the time i guess
Miker Posted January 2, 2012 Posted January 2, 2012 I think Dunn's been generally good for us this season, hard to keep track of with all the injuries though. I'd rather we had Vukcevic over Peds though, I feel like we only keep Peds for the set pieces.
Brad Posted January 2, 2012 Posted January 2, 2012 You think Dunn doesn't want a part of this.. Could be his last game!!! COYB!!
AspRover Posted January 2, 2012 Posted January 2, 2012 So its something like Bunn Lowe Samba Hanley Henley Petrovic Nzonzi Formica Dunn Pedersen Yakubu then? Not too bad I guess, if Pet and Zonz can make up for Dunns lack of running and let him act as a playmaker it could work. Incidentally if Us, Arsenal, Chelsea, Villa and Norwich win today we could be looking at the heady hights of 16th...
Amo Posted January 2, 2012 Posted January 2, 2012 Local favourite David Dunn returns to the starting line-up, with Ruben Rochina dropping to the bench. Don't keep up with the times, do they?
Exiled_Rover Posted January 2, 2012 Posted January 2, 2012 Pedersen must have photos of Kean and Mrs Desai
