Could we not do a large banner, with something like

" venkys- kean goes or thousands of us will - BRFC 1875- 2011

It would grab headlines as an "ultimatum" and will help to get he message across they risk losing thousands of loyal fans.

For the sake of historical accuracy, make that 1875-2012.

The national media do not know enough about the situation. They also have not searched.. If they did, then the reporting would change.

I disagree. Many journalists/pundits have commented on the demise of the club. These being Robbie Savage, Alan Nixon, Henry Winter, Andy Cryer, Kevin Gallacher and so on.

The underlying factor is most people outside of the BB and PR postcodes do not give a S&?T!!!

A sizeable group of people WITHIN the BB postcode don't care either. ;)

It's easy saying boycott but i would personally find it hard not to go. However any protest needs to be organised via the LT so that most rovers fans know about it. I think going to the ground staying outside and signing for the team whilst the game is on would be effective.

You would get MASS media exposure.

I know Kean wants new players but I don't think he's that desperate. Or is this to be a silent protest with only support being using our hands?

They certainly don't care about fans suffering. Think it's hilarious.

They certainly do. Putting up with gloating gurners has been the low point of a trip home. Thankfully I will be on the other side of the globe when the coup de grace arrives around......oh Marchish.

We still have one beautiful thing that they will never have displayed in an awesome trophy cabinet of its own...

Have you seen it recently? Is it still there? or is it being cleaned for the big fire sale., perhaps bling venky will have it away as a medallion round his neck

I am coming Over for the Fulham match. If he is still here afte then I'm not coming to another match Untill he's gone. If he's still here at the end of the season my season ticket will not be renewed Untill he's gone. This is the last straw. It won't be easy but it's all we've got left. Don't buy merchandise, don't buy tickets home or away, no beer no food it will be the wake up call they need.

Completely agree, I too have already done the same. The only way now is to vote with your feet, by attending games people are indirectly supporting Kean I'm afraid.

Harsh as it sounds.

I could just as easily argue that those fans who stay away , in protest, are playing into Kean's hands.

One less dissenting voice, one less banner carrier, one less audible "Kean Out".

However if they haven't yet paid for their tickets I could understand and support them not wanting to give Venkys their money.

A boycott does look like apathy and even if 5,000 do boycott there will still be 18,000 in the ground for most games. If there are 5,000 who want to boycott - turn up to the ground on Monday and circle Ewood for 90 minutes. It doesn't really matter what the 18,000 in the ground do, the story will be the 5,000 outside the ground. Anyone who agrees, spread the word and get down to Ewood on Monday but don't go in the ground.

Here's a thought, instead of not turning up at all, why not protest outside the ground for the duration of the game? We all know that a mass boycott won't attract enough numbers for it to have any impact, but even a few dozen season ticket holders demonstrating outside Ewood when they could be inside watching the excrement served up by Monsieur Egghead will undoubtedly attract tons media attention.

Good shout, Harry Balls! Spread the word!

Any boycott is a weak and pathetic response. Venky's won't walk away on a wave of supporter apathy. They have to see the anger of supporters, they have to be shown that they are not wanted in Blackburn. It could be a long fight but it can be won. The very existence of the club could be at stake here - either fans care or they don't care. I vowed not to go again after the Cardiff debacle but will be attending again because Rovers matter to me.

Come to the Stoke game and do the Ground-walk-around.
