You need older heads in the team. Are you saying we don't miss the experience of Emerton, the nous of Diouf and a fit Nelsen and the Salgado of last season ?

It's partly the inexperience of our younger players that has cost us points this season - especially the late goals we have conceded.

As Alan Hansen famously said, you don't win anything with a team of kids. Or avoid relegation.

Jim, have you forgotten the first few matches of the season when almost every goal conceded was due to Salgado's mistakes?

Something struck me last night, isn't Henley actually a right back?

I certainly recall him impressing there in pre season

I know it's not the best thing to get it from but on FIFA 12 it says he's a right back and left back

Hopefully he'll continue to flourish but let's not expect too much.

I'll bet if he has a few more good games, his first howler will be lambasted like there's no tomorrow.
