According to Twitter, QPR in for Rochina, if Warnock still in charge tomorrow.

It was a joke by Mikey Delap

For the less eagle eyed commenters QPR are not going to bid for Rochina! I was making a joke about their ability to make degrading offers...

Mercerman, fortunately QPR have seen the light and in the event of their team winning only 4 games this season and only 2 games in last 8 they have sacked Warnock.

Why is that fortunate?, I see QPR as serious relegation rivals and with a good manager in it can only spell bad news for us.

it certainly is bad news Mark Hughes is gonna be unveiled as QPR manager within the next 48 hours , also expect Samba to be playing in blue and white hoops by the end of next week at the very latest.

His agent and reps of QPR are tying the deal up the icing on the cake, deciding factor will be when Mark Hughes takes over.....looks like its gonna be 3 from 4 of Rovers , Wigan , Bolton and wolves for the drop :!:

According to Kamy in the latest podcast Guthrie and Maynard (who ive always liked) are targets that could be lined up

I like Maynard could step up to the PL. could be another Jon Stead.

Guthrie is decent PL player but not world beater but is better than Petrovic tho at the moment!

would still like us to sign a Right Back, Left Back aswell as winger if Hoilett goes!

Ive always wanted to know if he could make it.

I agree with thoughts on guthrie and If hoilett goes we will need to push olsson to attatck permanantly. If we sign a winger if/when hoilett goes I can imagine it being unproven/needs time player.

We need speed in out attack and olsson that he can do this, he is less technical than hoilett but he more drive to his game and a better crosser (just)

Also I cant see us getting a winger and 2 full backs, I think we might get one midfielder, striker, full back. Then maybe a winger or another full back

The same Jon Stead that has played Championship football for the last five years and scored 9 goals in 72 league games for us?

If Maynard is that good then we should leave in him in the division that he belongs.

Just heard Des Kelly and football agent Sky Andrews on TalkShite discussing Keans involvement with SEM/Kentaro. They both wernt impressed with the set up.

KEAN-OUT ANDERSON-OUT

And yet the general media/public rarely mention it, plus some of our fans have never heard of Jerome Anderson...

He is a natural Goalscorer and has pace which is what we lack up front.

Maybe is take for him to step up to the PL!

Maybe Maynard is the best we can get. Jordan Rhodes is another striker I would like us to be looking to sign but would cost 5 million to sign him!

Some fans were saying Yakubu was past it and wouldn't score goals here, BUT he has and so far one of our players of the season.

LeChuck, which striker would you be looking yo sign???

I've never seen Maynard play, I just found it odd that you compared him to a striker that was a failure in the Premier League and ended up playing in the lower divisions.

I'd buy an aggressive central midfielder before I thought about buying a striker.

I personally think Maynard is a good shout along with Brek Shea from FC dallas in the MLS. 6ft 3 winger bring him in!

But seriously and ideal chaep replacement for Hoilett or Cameron Stewart at Hull City.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brek_Shea

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cameron_Stewart_%28footballer%29

A replacement for Samba is Bakary Soumare who plays for US bolounge in France 6ft 4 so has the aerial threat like Samba,

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bakary_Soumare

Need a Darron Gibson on loan from Man Utd though, able to last 90 mins and a good goal threat from cms unlike Dunny.

Fredy Montero - Seattle striker in the MLS can we do an Henry loan deal for two months? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fredy_Montero

Mounir El Hamdoui - Ex Spurs and linked last window a loan move was mooted to espanyol but fell through in august, perhaps we can take advantage and bring him in on a 6 month loan from ajax reserves?

Stead kept us up. Surely any amount of money would we paid would be worth it, should we stay up?
