Cheers all, he give any clues who this loanee is?

Have no idea but I would prob guess at the guy from Madrid. Wants to go on loan and was hoping for a 'bigger' club than us to come along. None have.

Watched the Newcastle game today and thought Guthrie was excellent. Didn't see if he got motm or not but wouldn't surprise me. Think he might have got an assist with the goal. No chance we'll get him now.

That Lukaku from Chelsea is apparently available for loan. He looks like he'd have the sort of attributes to suit our current playing style, and he's only 21 (I think) so his wages can't be that high. Could be worth a go, surely better than Goodwillie

Lukaku cannot go anywhere 2 clubs already this season cannot join a third.

It has to be calendar years since seasons do not run at the same time in every country, it wouldn't work as a global rule if that was the case.

We have no money, we have to move people out before we can buy, and thats just getting wages of the bill and replacing them with equal salaries, transfer fees are a non starter.

So don't get to excited, we're skint.

The current crop minus Samba and possibly Hoilett is what we have to work with, and we all know thats just not good enough :(

Chaddy on the button again and a cracking night for Uncle Claudio !

Apart from one season on loan with Angers I think, when he scored almost 20 goals, he's never really been prolific and averages about 1 in 4. Once seen as a player with potential but not kicked-on.

A useful loan but will he not need time to settle which we don't have !

not many clubs in Premier League have done alot of business tho. be a strange window so far. lots of rumours but not much movement yet.

Not many clubs as desperate as we are though!
