Seen the Pogba link too - would be VERY happy if we could sign him

You had the nerve to accuse me of being wet behind the ears !!!

IMO, no player of note or any potential would dream of joining the utter joke that BRFC has become.

I'm struggling to recall a worse transfer window for Blackburn than this one.

With the players we've signed you'd think we were comfortably mid-table and well on our way to safety rather than in the bottom 3 and fighting for our future.

I was expecting this window to be bad but never this bad.

If anyone was left wondering if Venky's had any remaining interest in helping the club then this is a definitive answer. :angry2:

Deep in the relegation mire. Last chance saloon transfer window. Opportunity to bring in some much neeeded personnel to freshen things up. What do we do? Sign Mr Championship - Bradley Orr, the brother of an existing player on a free and possibly the one with the most pedigree, french Bambi on ice Modeste. We still haven't addressed the midfield enforcer chasm - unbelievable.

If this is the sum total of our window i am afraid Venky's deserve all they get. Sadly Rovers fans do not.

I'm trying to be positive. IF we keep Samba and Hoillett we probably have a better chance of staying up than if we had sold them and tried to replace them (assuming Venky's didn't just pocket the cash).

Agree that incoming players are underwhelming to say the least.....

Terrible window. No ambition whatsoever. Lets be honest, we deserve to be in the Championship next season. We offer nothing any more. Let a club with more ambition have a go. Under Venky's our prem time is up. If we don't relegated this season, we will next season.

Disgraceful owners.

I can't understand that so many people allow themselves to be dissapointed when it has been clear for a long that Venky's doesn't care. I'm almost positive suprised if we are able to hold on to Hoilett and Samba, esp Hoilett. Would also be happy to keep Formica as I really like him as player.

The trick is to have very low expectations.

No, the owners have no ambition, we deserve success as much as anyone else.

I'll be honest, before the window, all I wanted was to keep hold of our existing players, wasn't particulary arsed about new signings.

But, it is certainly a taster of what a dire future we have to look forward to.

If I had been presented with a squad list of all the PL clubs and asked to choose the 10 least inspiring signings Rovers could make. I honestly feel Bradley Orr would have been in my list.

I cannot even begin to understand why this has happened.

Holding on to our best players by taking them hostage and let them train with the reserve squad.

Samba has said he won't be able to give 100% for Rovers. How can he play during a relegation battle?

For me personally my angst is more so borne out of frustration at having to watch these clowns clearly run the club into the ground but appear completely oblivious & ignorant to the dangers that are staring them in the face.

Every week you think they can't continue to be this thick & naive and yet somehow they seem to exceed my expectations!

I think it is the worst window we've had in years because we needed to strengthen. As somebody else said, it's like the club think we're in mid-table and adding a few 'hopefuls' to the ranks will keep us ticking along.

Truth is players like Orr will be decent signings next season when we're battling for promotion.

No midfield general bought in = relegation IMO.

No-but he can't play for one of your rivals (aka QPR) either. Still think there's time to ship him out-I predict about 10.59 tonight.

Obviously the egg-headed one feels like he already has a midfield general in the ranks already....can you guess which one?

Petrovic

Nzonzi
