Makes grim reading, especially the comment about having nothing to show for what should have been 7 lucrative years in the Premiership. Who trousered all the TV millions then?

Pompey's potential buyers = Sicilians, Russians, tyre-kickers and others with "interesting" backgrounds. Has it come down to owners being foul or fowl? Don't know which is worse!

As they say in Italy, the country would be perfect if "Sicilians" organised government and the Government organised crime! In the current climate you have to ask if they are dodgy enough to own a football club?

Surely the club would be sold in (early) January so new owners could strenthen the team and have a better chance of avoiding relegation.

The problem is finding a buyer. It was hard enough to get one with a good set up at Ewood, but now? No chance.

They got terrified at Wigan and have basically run away apart from Venktesh traipsing round Dubai trying to flog of a percentage of the club. Did Balaji go to Dubai? Perhaps not....

If the players were to be sold to raise funds for the bank and/or owners, there would have been one heck of a load more activity and noise by now.

Judging from the likes we had wanting to buy the club last time, I don`t think we should be looking forward to what the future will bring too much.

It might be a few more owners down the line before we get to be proud of our club behinf the scenes once again.
